We wanted a city break to Edinburgh for a birthday weekend, never been to the city before and had no knowledge of good locations or hotels.
After discussing with Hannah, she came up with a large selection of recommended hotels to suit our budget and what we wanted in a hotel with good amenities around.
We normally find looking for hotels stressful as there’s always lots to choose from but Hannah made the whole experience easy and smooth, within a matter of a day she had found us the perfect hotel and we booked.
Hannah sent us an itinerary with recommendations of restaurants, bars and activities to make the most of our trip. This was extremely useful as the amount of thing to do can be overwhelming.
The hotel was beautiful and staff were very accommodating.

I booked a river cruise through Tasarla Lagan whom is part of the getaway collection. Tasarla saw to all the organising and booking of our river cruise.
Unfortunately due to ill health this had to be cancelled. Tasarla was very professional, prompt but also empathetic to my situation. The cruise company were awful and no empathy at all. However with perseverance tasarla managed to get me a refund. Thank you

I have made several bookings with Rachel and have always received professional, efficient service as well as securing great savings on hotels and holidays. I have now booked uk/Europe/asia hotels, airport lounges and hotel transfers. Each time I have made a saving against the cheapest deals I had managed to find and Rachel has saved me the time and hassle of comparing prices and booking myself.
