Please Be Cautious!
Please be cautious when signing up to Golf Growth Group. Now that I have read the other 1 star reviews, I wish I had researched more into them before signing up. The other 1 star reviews have the same issue! This experience has been frustrating and a waste of money.
I originally signed up for a 24 month package, they did not correspond with us regarding automatically renewing after 24 months!
I found it very disappointing that a company would want to conduct business this way, forcing an unwanted renewal with underhanded tactics. Following this poor experience we wrote this review to which we received an email threatening to "escalate the matter accordingly through formal legal channels" due to it being "factually inaccurate". So, you're not just tied in to unwanted contracts they don't warn you about, they then threaten you with legal action for publicly voicing your poor experience.
On top of this, we got absolutely NO leads from this package. We ask every one of our enquiries/leads how they found us and this sponsorship has never been the answer. This is now going to cost us a lot of money, which is really frustrating for a small business.
I am not one to leave negative reviews, but recent events have compelled me to write this. I would love for the right person to save them from signing up and wasting their hard earned money!

Be Cautious with the Golf Growth Group…
We signed up with Golf Growth Group with high hopes of advertising our business, but the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and a waste of money.
Initial communications were great and their graphics team designed me an advert —they were enthusiastic and signed me up to a 12 month package, they did not say it would automatically renew after 12 months.
It has now cost us a lot of money to get out of this contract.
By their own sales managers admission, this is not an advertising package but is corporate golf package.
Their App called MyCaddie is rarely used by golfers, and although we had the app, we never received the push notifications and very few people actually did receive and open them.
Although the Golf rounds were fairly easy to arrange, that's all you get, they use a TV to run the advertising that in our golf club was rarely switched on.
We got absolutely no leads from this package.
We have complained direct to their senior management but they haven't responded to our emails.
I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel forced to warn other business owners to think carefully before agreeing to this package, make sure you do your research.

Shockingly awful Company
Awful Company. Scammers, diabolical work done, zero customer skills, and no contract with the golf club in my area they said they had contracts with, because even the golf club didnt want to renew their contract with them. You managed to take down my first Complaint despite our communications.
05/06/2026 I am still awaiting a response from you regarding the subject of contracts and local golf clubs, this has been ongoing for over a year without suitable work done from your side. When I write publicly you do seem to act more responsibly. Which is a reasonable and professional request. I dont seem to be the only one not happy with your standard going by your other reviews. I am happy to remove my post if you refund all the money I have paid. Thank you

We are disappointed to see this further public post, particularly as it repeats a number of allegations that have already been addressed extensively through direct correspondence over an extended period of time.
For clarity, this matter has been ongoing since last year and we have made multiple attempts to engage with you constructively in order to resolve your concerns. These include detailed written responses from our accounts and customer support teams requesting clarification of your allegations, copies of the complaints you refer to, and any supporting evidence relating to the issues raised. To date, we have not received the information requested, which has made it impossible to properly investigate or substantiate the claims being made.
Contrary to the assertions in your review, communication has not been ignored. Our records show multiple responses issued over several months, along with documentation provided to you including the signed agreement, onboarding materials, artwork proofs, and evidence of the advertising activity undertaken.
We also made repeated efforts to arrange a constructive discussion so the matter could be resolved directly, however these requests have not progressed.
We would also like to address the suggestion that false claims were made regarding partnerships or contracts. This is not accurate. As is standard within our industry, advertising placements and venue relationships may change over time due to renewals, rotations, or expiry of agreements, and this does not equate to misrepresentation.
We fully respect the right to share feedback publicly, however we do not consider it reasonable for serious allegations to continue to be published while repeated requests for clarification and supporting evidence remain unanswered.
Our position remains unchanged and is fully supported by a complete record of communications and contractual documentation. We remain willing to engage directly should you wish to resolve the matter constructively.
