Fantastic scents but gave 4 stars due to the unknown subscription and wish they lasted slightly longer. Satisfied with my purchase overall.

It took longer than expected to receive the product. When I did receive the product one of the fragrances, the creed Adventus KLONE, was greatly different than the original of which I have. Also, one of the bottles had a faulty spray top, which caused the knock off fragrance to leak all over the bottle. After 19 emails with Ryan and the evidently head of Customer Service or somebody of that nature his name is Steven and we had four emails. After much go around, they issued a credit refund and I’m awaiting that to hit my bank. The only fragrance that is very compatible is the KLONE of the Louis Vuitton imagination. Again unsatisfied with everything that transpired when I spent $140 with them. Again slowly, satisfied with what they had to offer and the only fragrance of five that I received again was Louis Vuitton imagination. The rest quite a bit unsatisfied. They are very extremely reluctant to receive a return of all the products. The fact is they said a 30 day return even if you’re unsatisfied again but very reluctant to accept a return.
Remember, if it’s done on your bank card at your bank, you can completely reverse the charges, and I could easily with the email proof that they would not accept a return, with it four days after I received all the product.

Customer service was great. Fast response and answered all my questions.

I emailed them (contact@houseofklone) for a shipping confirmation number. Within minutes I received a response. Because of the quantity of products that I purchased, processing time was slightly longer than normal, but I would receive a shipping confirmation as soon as it shipped. Within 5 minutes we had an entire conversation over email. I was very impressed. Now I hope the product is just as impressive.

Prompt and quick shipping. Problem was that I didn’t go through my product fast enough, but their website it very user friendly to make adjustments. Customer service is very prompt in answering any and all of my questions. Highly recommend.

It's a scam its been a month I have received my product and now they saying it can't be delivered talk about failed attempts and they not talking to me directly they using AI so don't order from them they full of shit and they don't want to give my money back

This is legit a real review haha, I read these reviews waiting for my bottles to come from China to NS Canada. It only took 9 days! You could tell one of the boxes was opened in Canadian customs to see what was in them. One of my bottles was leaking out of the cap slightly into the box. They responded to my email 3 minutes later with their AI system and offered a full refund or new bottle. I accepted the new bottle and I’ll tell you why. They may smell so damn good it’s crazy haha, I have three different scents sprayed on three different limbs and the scents are warming and evolving into beautiful complex smells. I don’t actually know what the real LV Imagination or Creed Avantus or Barakarat Rouge smells like but these are strong and they stay put. You can tell they use a lot of fragrance oil as stated. Get the deal on three, it’s the best option IMO. Oh and yes make sure you cancel your subscription after you order them on their website, it takes about a min to navigate through to cancel but a lot of brands are like that nowadays like Fabletics etc. highly recommend, thanks again. Klone cologne is legit. I selected two colognes and they were delivered quickly and arrived in excellent condition. The company was easy to communicate with too. You do get a nice sized bottle with a good spray mechanism. I tried their version of Creed and it does smell nearly identical to the real thing. However, it did not last as long as the advertisement lead me to believe. But for the price it was good. I tried another scent that I was not happy with at all. My only issue was that I was unable to get information on how to return these items and more importantly I unknowlingly signed up for a monthly subscription when I purchased the first time. The customer service department did help me cancel but now I have one bottle that I can’t use so I took off one star.

A wrong item was sent. I reached out to them. The response was quick and they handled the issue. 10/10

I love the scents and customer service is great. Not being clear about the subscription isn't cool but it's okay.

They lie about their product and never send it out. They give you fake tracking numbers that do not work and then say because it is in transit they cannot refund your money. It is a HUGE Scam do not buy anything from this company unless you just want to waste your money on air.

Complete scam - avoid at all costs

First of the scents are really bad. They smell nothing like the original, are really weak and stay on the body for max 30 minutes, no longer. Pretty much just scented water, nothing line advertised. Besides the quality, Klone will charge you 30$ for a membership 1 month after your purchase without you signing up for it. It is a scam company. Tried getting a refund for the membership that i did not sign up for, but did not get an answer. Stay away from this company. They rely on putting out heavy amount of ads on facebook but the product is terrible.

Worst scam on Earth. I've ordered from them, got a subscription I never wanted, been charged from 30$ and found no way to cancel that subscription on their website. Even worse, I received a postmaster error message when I tried to email them. Will have to contact my credit card company to find a way to fix that. Avoid at all cost!

The product shwed up and i received No paperwork, No Bill of Sale, No return Address......Sketchy. I reached out and they told me there was no record of my transaction and there was nothing they could do???? to top it off the claims of same or better are incorrect and of poorr quality as anticipated.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Too bad as this would have been a great product if it did what it said and was proffessionaly managed. So I have some nice air freshener ....cause this aint going on me!!!!

Buyer beware! House of Klone is engaging in highly deceptive customer service practices. Before my order arrived, their official customer support AI agent explicitly promised me in writing that I could return the item for a full refund. I waited for delivery and reached out exactly as instructed.Now, customer service representative Ryan is refusing to honor that commitment. They are claiming the AI agent was "inaccurate" and trying to hide behind promotional fine print that contradicts Section 2.1 of their own published return policy.They tried to buy me off with a measly 25% "goodwill" refund instead of honoring the full return they promised. A business is legally responsible for the commitments made by its official support channels, including automated systems. You cannot blame your own software to scam customers out of refunds.I am filing a formal dispute and chargeback with MasterCard for merchant misrepresentation, and reporting this company to consumer protection agencies. Avoid this brand at all costs!
