Had a great experience buying from the jewellers. Delivery was quick, and the customer service was actually handled by real people, which you don’t see much anymore. They even matched another price I found, which was a nice touch. But the standout was Ashleigh—super friendly and really helpful. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful bracelet and fantastic price. Came next day and in a nice box. Please bear in mind that these items are not new. I didn’t realise this but now the price makes sense.
Update.
I assumed it was due to the slight scratch and the faqs on the website. I am even more impressed at the price now considering it’s new. Beautiful item.

Lovely pendant
Lovely pendant and necklace with good customer service. However as it was a gift I would have expected a better gift packaging with some sort of certificate/attestation containing the details of the jewellery bought. After a call, Customer Service included a print from the website which did the job but definitely lacked in finesse.
