The items I ordered arrived in good…
The items I ordered arrived in good time, well packaged and in good condition. I found the fact that only one earring appeared to be in the box with the other one secreted in a small packaged marked as no returns if this package is opened. I was reluctant to open in case I decided to return. When I contacted customer services they responded quickly and my problem was solved.

Peridot earrings.
I bought earrings for a birthday present.
Initially I thought them to be unsuitable.
I emailed the company to enquire about the returns proceedure.
They responded almost immediately,most courtiously, and with clear instructions about how to return.
As it happens I will be keeping the earrings after all but I was still most impressed with the after sales service.

I loved the necklace but the packaging…
I loved the necklace but the packaging was very poor. For gifting a product that cost over £200 I felt a cardboard box with the back peeling off was pretty poor and I felt I had to apologise for it to the recipient.

I had my eye on a special gift but…
I had my eye on a special gift but waited too long before ordering, out of stock!!! I called and spoke to a very nice member of the team who passed my stock query to the stock controller. As deadline day approached I was called with the item held back just for me. It was sent and delivered the next day. Service from everyone I dealt with was superb.
