AVOID! I purchased a 9ct white gold locket for my wife’s 50th birthday as a present from our children - the locket was cheaper than elsewhere at £200. The locket was very poor quality and the metal so thin, that opening and closing the locket dented the metal, this was returned and the company replaced the locket for a different one, no explanation or apology was received. The new locket lasted about 7 months and then the hinge became faulty. The company would not replace, refund or even fix the locket. At £200 I would expect a piece of jewellery to last more than 7 months, especially a sentimental locket. The company did get in touch saying that the locket had sustained heavy wear and tear, which is untrue. I’m sure that they will reply to this stating how good they are. However my advice is don’t take the risk, go shop somewhere else and avoid the disappointment and loss of money that I have sustained

As you mentioned, we did replace the original locket as a goodwill gesture, despite it showing signs of damage. We always aim to act fairly and reasonably in such cases. However, the most recent issue was brought to our attention over a year after the original purchase, and the item returned to us showed significant damage. Given the time elapsed and the condition in which it was received, we are unfortunately unable to offer a further replacement or repair.
While we appreciate how important a sentimental item can be, our warranty and returns policy must be applied consistently and in line with the nature of the item’s use and care over time.

Very quick, well packaged, as image. My only niggle is I have to double check size of stone, and don't see ring sizes, tho they first no problem, just wonder what you do about it.

Great service and lovely jewellery
Visited this jewellers for the first time last week as saw a lovely modern style and unusual ring in the window.
The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
I purchased the ring which needed resizing and they rang me later that day to say it was ready for me.
I have now collected and really pleased with the ring and the excellent service from the very pleasant young lady who dealt with me.
Would definitely recommend them
