The customer service was very helpful…
The customer service was very helpful and prompt when my earring broke and I requested a repair. Although the damage was irreparable they offered to sell me new ones at half the price. Unfortunately, at the time my earring broke the price had increased by £40 so my discount was £35 off the original price I paid. I purchased them anyway as they are a beautiful set of silver frosted golden earrings.

Helpful and lent an ear!
We had an unfortunate loss of an earring from a pair that was bought for our daughter -in-laws birthday. The person was helpful and explained that we would have to purchase another pair as they don't sell earrings singlely. This was sold at a reduced price which was really kind.
