The under-counter strip light wouldn't…
The under-counter strip light wouldn't charge and so obviously didn't work. After contacting the company, and asking for a refund, they asked for a photograph - which I sent immediately. They responded with, 'we will share return details with you in a short while.'
That was four days ago.
I've emailed three times during that period to ask for return instructions. I still don't have them.
I think people get this company confused with this company: lights4you which they definitely are not.
I would not purchase from thelights4u.com again.
Update: as you can see from the response below, the company has made it right, which is much appreciated - so I've revised the number of stars given.

Highly recommend company.
Received the lights I ordered, they are great quality, at a good price and delivered quickly. When I opened the GU10 bulbs included they were cool white not the warm white I'd ordered. Contacted Thelights4u and they immediately sent the correct bulbs. Their customer service is first class and I have not hesitation in recommending this company.
