When I d/L the app My winnings went into my account an it keeps telling me to verify it which I did with my voting address . That’s fine but now it wonts A Electricity Bill with my name an address on it. I travel an look after houses so I don’t have that type of bill all I have is a PO Box an it won’t accept it. What do I do to get or use my winnings???

Houston we have a problem

Houston we have a problem
Have been trying on and off for a couple of months to buy lotto tickets via TheLott app to no avail. App will not open with error saying “Houston we have a problem. Try again later”.
Have updated, deleted and reinstalled app still to no avail.
A great app before these problems occurred. Please hurry up and fix it. I have deposited funds that I wish to get a refund on if you aren’t going too.

Emailed them about the suspended account more than a week ago and got no reply so far

Just buy your ticket at the newsagent, contact Lotto is a waste of time!!!

Tried to log into my account to buy a ticket online, it said to call this number. After 29 minutes on hold what supposed to be 15 according to the calling computer, they could not reactivate my account without driver license verification. It would at least take another 3 weeks before they could reactivate my account, cuz they 3000 emails before me! Why let me wait and waste time/money for 30 minutes on the phone, why can't this be done by email. Waste of time and money!! And I don't have a ticket!!

Update I called the Lott and the guy has put my request through to their it and it seems to work now

I have been trying to login on the lott site for a week. I brought tickets last Saturday and ever since then it's not working. I have sent multiple emails and calls and no response. My login and password is correct.

I do not want to log-in to my Account, I want to buy several Powerball with no ID to me, purchase, send me the numbers for the games and I want to scan these numbers and send through to a server to people less well off. Your site is bloody useless.

Rubbish app ,not surprised!

Rubbish ! What someone gets paid to not provide us with anything that works 10 ouf of 10 times we have to put up with a rubbish crashing glitchly website or finally be told there is an app then to find it doesn't work in my case i tried twice to open after the download and twice it said there was a problem so no app for me no money for them because the website today wont let me buy tickets because its glitchy today and no I'm not a dummy all other sites work I have a good connection no issues loading other sites or apps ,even turned on and off cleared cache closed and cleared and reloaded so no excuses from you lott anymore its clear from reviews you haven't got it together and this stubborn attitude of its all our fault will not fly in this day and age we are lucky to have sites like this and review so we can expose the lies and trickery and now we see its not just us as you lott say it is its your fault and now days companies must cater to all customers and not just collect the cash and play the blame game ,this just reaffirms my belief that there neees to be a full transparency to golden casket tatts etc there is huge amounts of money trusted to a few people and nothing stopping people forcing those few to commit fraud or the lottery people them self's as always if there is big money involved and people and computers there is always an angle from someone looking to obtain or create money for personal gain for example computers may generate random numbers but these could be made to generate lowest payouts and no fisrt divisions to drive up jackpots and publicity or numbers just changed after to pay family or friends or an arrangement of cash back there are many ways to manipulate the system why for example cant they pick you and dislike for making a complaint so on a list or in a programme they put your name etc and if your ticket number comes up as a win they can just change it another removing your win so this is why I believe we need complete trust and transparency people may be forced as we speak ,thankyou for reading and thankyou to TRUST PILOT for allowing my voice to be heard along with so many others who otherwise wouldn't have been heard .

Tried to check my 24 numbered ticket......would not accept.
Pain in the, you know where.
Anyway saved a few hundred dollars by not having any access.
They really do not care.

WHAT A COMPLETE FAILURE LOTT IS!!!! Bought 2 tickets for the big 40…

Bought 2 tickets for the big 40 million, opened the app to check results against my ticket number, and it tells me to enter the complete number...well there are no other numbers to add..do I pull the extra numbers out of my butt.for a first time user, this is very off putting
I'll be deleting this useless app, and will continue to purchase in-store...no convenience using this app, and I would advise all others never download or use this app. NEVER USE LOTT...ONLY GO TO LOTTO

Accidently deposited instead of…

Accidently deposited instead of withdrawal- i can not afford for this to happen. I purchased a ticket in hopes of making living easier this week. I won 2 small prizes instead i deposited rather than withdrawed my prize money. How can i retrieve this money- its to cover my morgage!!! Its states it can no be retrieved if it was deposited from a credit card however it was deposited from a debit card so i should be able to withdraw correct?

Does my head in!

Everytime I have to update app I have trouble trying to login. Keeps saying it's wrong even my birthday and surname. I think I know them! I am locked out again. Rang twice waited 15 minutes each time. I would like my money refunded. Hate the app!!!
Been six days still waiting to be contacted what a joke. How do I get my money refunded?????

Accidentally deposited 75 dollars into my Lott account instead of withdrawing my winnings (75 as well) sent in an email to support, it's been 3 days and no response, the fact that I even need to contact support just to withdraw funds from my account is absurd.

Your ios app uses a minimal non RFC compliant http User Agent string which causes network IDS/IPS (intrusion detection & prevetntion systems) to create false positive alerts, e.g

Threat Management Alert 1: A Network Trojan was Detected. Signature ET USER_AGENTS suspicious User Agent (Lotto).

Annoying for network admins.

Powerball online purchasing tonight a complete cluster F#%K!!!

The stupid site wouldn’t let me purchase tickets & yet took the $60.70 ($182.10) out 3 times..I interrupt dinner to sit on the phone for over 15 minutes to be told it will take me 5 to 7 days to get my money back & didn’t even get to purchase my ticket? This is BS..not good enough the Lott & I have been a loyal customer for 15 years at least...I am a very angry, unhappy customer at this stage & couldn’t even get a complaint number out of the operator. Service is good. But I want some more info.

Hi, your service is good. I use it for years now and I spend less time to buy and check the results.
I have some queries. In the draw video, is there a way we can see how the machine works aerially. I can see an arm bringing a number at a time. It can easily be manipulated by feeding the prefixed ball to the arm with a different mechanism. Is there a way to validate that the ball chosen is from the shuffled lot.
Also, can you please share info about who is the regulatory from the government who minds the draw to ensure fool proofing.
I am not sceptical, but I want to represent a common question in everyone's mind who wants to see the full picture in all detail. Thank you.
