Loungers Avis 

My favourite place to eat. I've visited 5 or 6 lounges all over the country and all have been great. Lark Lane Liverpool and Manchester City Centre being the best in my opinion. Fantastic selection of Gluten free and Vegan foods, Dog friendly and great staff. Would highly recommend.

My first visit to Thelounges was very disappointing. Took 35 minutes from ordering breakfast to it's arrival. The food was okay. Giving two stars as the staff were friendly but not enough of them to offer a good service.
There are so few places in my town to have a decent breakfast and it would not take a great amount of effort to be the "go to place "for breakfast.
Sadly the lounges is not the go to place.

We are regular visitors to Torello Lounges in Prestatyn, and every time we comment on how good the service is compared to others we visit

All the food we have tried is fantastic, the app is best way to order these days but for me the service is by far the best in town. They have a great system in place no matter who is on shift

Recently visited on Mother’s Day, place was packed with only outside seats available, but the quality never dipped despite being very busy

Cofio Lounge
Had a lovely early light lunch , used the QR code and ordered at the table , drinks came along quickly . The food was very nice and cooked well . Good value

The bacon and sausage butty though shown on the paper menu was brown or white bread, the app said in a “brioche bun” (?!). Spoke the waitress who said “put in the notes you would like bread”. It wish I could share the picture of the slices of bread. Could have been the width of a baguette with a pice and a half of bacon. That’ll be because you wouldn’t be able to fit anything else between the bread! We have frequented the loungers for many years, nearly every Sunday pre lock down and have been back since opening up as often we we can on a Sunday since, but sorry you’ve just lost two regulars as the insult on valet side, who put bacon or sausage butty in a brioche bap!

Expo Lounge Didsbury

I visited this establishment on 30th October 2021, I was asked if I had an allergy to which I declared cayenne pepper.

We were served expensive drinks, then on ordering food at the bar was advised that my allergy may be a problem. I was some time later, visited at the table, and very humiliatingly told , in a very busy area, I would not be served with the guacamole and hummus that I had requested.

I consider that I have been both discriminated against and I should not have been served a drink if my type is not welcome in your restaurants (I use Warrington frequently with no such issues or embarrassing service).

I found the Manchester area manager incompetent and dismissive when I advised that a notice should be put in the window to advise allergies would not be served.

I requested how other allergies are dealt with and did not get a response.

This was Torello lounge in Gronant, Prestatyn. We were going to Wetherspoons but saw this place and gave it a go which turned out to be the best idea of the weekend, staff were really friendly, food was really good, easily one of the best breakfasts I have ever had, as well as the hot chocolate, we then went the next day and again, unreal.

It’s a bit on the expensive side but can tell the food and ingredients are good quality, dog friendly too and gave my Toby a treat when we came in

Food extremely salty, couldn’t be eaten and waiter rude,didn’t do anything regarding it!

Regular visitor (or was before Covid Lockdown) to Milo Lounge, Liverpool. Amazing place. Dog friendly, great atmosphere and lovely food. I have quite a few food intolerances and the choice here is incredible. Can't wait to return.

Great visit to Sacro Lounge in Buxton - our first since COVID-19. They have the balance right, with distancing and cleaning spot on without feeling imposing. We ordered using the website from the table and food arrived quickly and to the same high standard we have come to expect from visiting various Lounges in the last couple of years.

First time I have been to the Mylo Lounge in Southend, was happy with the food, and observed good cleanliness amidst the current situation and was all well untill a dog was allowed in the establishment which was not a guide dog or guide dog in training. This was a normal dog allowed to come in where food was served with the dog wagging it's tail and hairs flying everywhere. Will be reluctant to go there again for food I'm afraid.

This was my first visit to an eaterie since before the Lockdown, I was obviously cautious whilst in the midst of a pandemic. We were greeted at the door by a member of staff who guided us to a table, on the table are paper disposable menus, track and trace forms and a card with a QR code on. You place your order by scanning the QR code with your mobile camera and it takes you to the ordering link where you select what you want to eat and drink, entering your table number and paying via the portal.
The drinks arrived first and the food took longer than normal, probably due to staff shortages or working practices.
The quality of the food was good and all servers were wearing makes, were polite and friendly which put us at ease.
The tables are far enough apart for social distancing measures and you go in the main door and exit via the other 2 doors.
We love this venue because its dog friendly and in a great location.

Attending a singles event at Modelo Lounge in Hove that was meant to be lively, oh dear it was a huge let-down with the woman in charge struggling to deal with everyone's disappointment.
The venue looked lovely online but is far from contemporary and lacked ambience when I was there.
It does look busy at the weekends in the day and the staff were friendly but not that efficient.
Remarkable event to be charging for something that didn't really qualify as an event

Popped into Pinto Lounge Banbury for a quick lunch. Staff were so friendly, it made the long (40 minute) wait more bearable and the food was lush. Will go again, but maybe when it's not so busy.

Well went for a family meal today & a friend had suggested "Corvo Lounge" Bridgend..
Prices for drinks are not cheap but still they aren't anywhere these days.
But...
More importantly, the food & service was not only excellent but the staff & chef went that extra bit further.
Our son, has Autism, he struggles with many things, one of those things is his diet & specific almost impossible requests for food stuff to be made & served specifically.
It may only have been a burger this time, but even the slightest contamination would be spotted, even on the plate or the servers hand!
The chef prepared the food, a stunning burger with bacon in a plain bun and a separate bowl if chips... it may not would like much but in many places just asking if they will put the chips in a separate bowl is frowned upon.
Having a lot of sauce on the same table can cause pure meltdown, but everything and I mean everything we requested was not only agreed with & followed through but we were told they were more than happy for any specific requests anytime.

Our son ate every bit on his plate, but not even a crumb!

The staff very fantastic, the desert came & again was laid out as requested & followed through.

Absolutely fantastic tasting food & also overall for a family of six, every bit of food was eaten & enjoyed - cost wise, it was much cheaper than expected, in fact compared to our local Witherspoons it actually was much cheaper!

Will we go back, yes because the first thing our son said on the way out was, "are we going back next weekend?"
That's something I've never heard him say for any other food place!

Overall - fantastic experience

Went to RENATO lounge mere green. Walked out, customer in front of me ordered several drinks, it was busy but only 1 serving and not once did she acknowledge me standing there or call for someone else to help out. Waited at the counter nearly 10 minutes and then went to cafe NERO next door, much better

Unexpectedly came across this place early evening yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. The decor was warm and welcoming, of course most importantly the food was great.

I make a point to comment on my interaction with the person representing the company and the young lady that assisted me was a joy to talk to.
My food arrived shortly after ordering, I had a great experience.

If I am ever in Stafford again I will be dinning here again.
