MailWorks did a great job with my project. It's a little hard to get them to respond to an email inquiry when you're starting a project; it's best to call them. After that they are very responsive.

Excellent service, completed printing & mailing earlier than promised

I worked with a stylist through Pretty Polite for my wedding invitations. I had to make an edit to one item ordered and was worried because Pretty Polite was no longer, I would have so much trouble making this small change. On a very last effort, I reached out to the stylist to see if there was any way she could help me with the edit. Within 24 hours, she not only responded with a "yes" to my question but also with a proof of the item. Within another 24 hours the item was ready for pickup and I was able to mail my invitations out as a whole on time!!

The speed, flexibility, and kindness I received from the stylist and company is sought after!! I am so happy with my items and experience!
