I worked with Maigan back when the company was still "Pretty Polite" and she was so awesome. Helpful and accommodating as the site was being acquired by "The Mailworks" She let me place an order for the invitations that I had fell in love with and held that order for me in processing for months while I gathered my address list. Fast forward to now and I have all of my invites and rsvps and I couldn't be happier with the product. They are truly beautiful. I cannot thank Maigan enough for being so kind and patient with me throughout the design process to the very end. She is truly amazing at what she does!

The Mailworks is a fabulous printer and does all of our work quick and efficient. I would recommend to all. Staff is also very pleasant to work with.

Great communication throughout the entire order process!

The order process was easy and Maigan the proofer was great to work with, but the end product was just ok. The quality of the card stock was not great and the printing was blurry and smudged. If there were any resolution issues I feel like they should have notified me before printing. The digital proof looked fine. I was pretty disappointed. Not the Pretty Polite quality I was looking for. I don’t think I would use them again.

This was my first time doing print and mail and didn’t really know what to do at all or how to go about it. I worked with Stacey and she was very helpful and patient, she is very detailed and answered all the questions I had. I also chose to graphic design option and I’m beyond happy that I did, my flyer was made perfectly and hit all the points I wanted, it looked way more professional and “high end” then I could ever do myself.
