The Makerss Avis

I first got into felting when I first purchased the Cat Protection, cat needle felting kit Nov/Dec 2023, I have been hooked on needle felting ever since. I have now become a flock member and receive a flock box every month along with video and live tutorials.

I have purchased several products from the Makerss and every product has been good quality, reasonably priced and quick delivery.

If you love needle felting then this is Company where you can get everything you need including help if you get stuck!

If you are thinking of having a go at needle felting they even sell kits which include everything you need, needles, felting mat, wool, accessories and instructions.

I highly recommend the Makerss.

This was my first purchase with The Makerss. I am a complete beginner when it comes to needle felting and all the descriptions on the website were helpful when choosing what to buy. I am really happy with my first kit (and the mouse that I felted!). The delivery was also really fast - the product was sent the next day and arrived two days after. It is clear that The Makerss put a lot of effort and care into what they do.

Every package I have received from The Makerss has been perfect and often with a little added extra! It's always exciting to open The Flockers boxes and makes me smile. Thank you Steffi, Sarah and the Team.

I have been using The Makerss now for several years and have always found their customer service and products, of a high standard. Thankyou. 😀

I love using the Makerss as everything always works seamlessly. I enjoy watching Steffi on TV, in tutorials or on her dog walks she always makes me smile. I also really love making the kits as a member of the subscriptions club and the Flockers which are really enjoyable and I would true recommend both to all who want to build on their felting knowledge

The Makerss is a great place for everything needle felting related, a great company who provide everything you need and all materials are of great quality, if you have a question they are happy to help. Steffi and The Makerss are fantastic and show appreciation for every order you place

Fantastic company! Customer service and product quality is superb! Quick responses to questions with positive resolutions. Fun new products added regularly for all interests. I’ve been a customer for going on 3 years

The Makerss is an A+++ company. The quality of their products is second to none. The prices and offers are very fair and exceptionally good value. The staff team, from top to bottom, are very helpful and go beyond in order to help you. If you aren't sure what you need for a project they always do their best to. help you and don't try to push extra unnecessary sales. The after sales service is also second to none. They are a great company to deal with and totally trustworthy and caring. I highly recommend them.

Beautiful company with an awesome reputation and community.
So much more than just a shop.
1st class products , workshops where you learn and can come home and actually put what you’ve learnt into practice.
Customer care is the best I’ve ever experienced.
Becoming a flock member and subscribing to the various boxes every month is such a wonderful experience and also with the video and live tutorials you explore the wonderful world of felting.
Highly recommended

The Makerss is a fantastic, friendly company and community. Not only do they have an excellent website with good quality, well source, environmental friendly, creative products, they also have a very inclusive involved Facebook community that make you feel like part of the family. If you are new to felting like I was I would highly recommend the Flock Club A monthly box with different products in and en exclusive member Facebook page and live stream where we chat with Steffi, ask advice or just matter then Steffi does a live workshop using the products in that months box I love it and have learnt so much!

Website is easy to navigate. Order arrived within the expected delivery times. Good product selection

Always very good, fast service from The Makerss, They supply excellent felting supplies (many colours to choose from) and their service is always very fast indeed.

I love the website, easy to navigate. My order was sent quickly, nicely packed, and the products are very good quality!💕

My order arrived quickly.
It is of good quality.
I just have to work out how to use it 😂

The best art supplies around, They have everything I need for my creative projects.

This store has the best art supplies around! The selection is fantastic and the materials are high-quality, making it easy to create stunning artwork. I would highly recommend this store to any artist looking for great supplies at a fair price.

I've ordered from this company several times and have never been disappointed. The supplies are great, and the customer service is even better.

It might have been good in years gone bye, but now in Dec 2022, all I can say is that I did not have a good experience on their website when trying to make a purchase of multiple items, so in the end I cancelled the order off before payment and ordered from another UK felt suppliers instead, where the experience was fruitful and positive

Ordered yesterday afternoon arrived today. Speedy service thank you.

Great products (especially the monthly subscription box which you can skip months easily and no tied contract) and good 'network' through facebook and YouTube showing how to use products. The reward scheme isn't the best, it's good that you can get points the more you spend, but I haven't used mine yet as I use other discount codes given (e.g. subscription club code) and you cannot use more than one code at a time, so I haven't actually used my reward points yet.
