I’ve absolutely loved everything I’ve bought from The Makerss. All of their wool and materials are such high quality and are packaged beautifully - it’s clear they really love what they do. Delivery is also really quick, which is fantastic when I’m excited to get started on a new project!

I’ve been subscribing to their surprise box too for a few months now, and every box is packed full of amazing supplies in generous amounts. I get so excited every time a new box comes through the door!

I'm so glad I found this company! I recently took up needle felting for a uni project and found that I really enjoy working with the medium. Mainstream shops don't have massive sections for needle felting supplies and it all adds up very quickly. However, with The Makerss there's so much variety and it's affordable!

The quality of the wool and the tools/accessories always exceeds my expectations and I love that they always package the products carefully and include a discount code and a small sample of something else they sell.

Top notch company that I will be ordering from whenever I need materials for needle felting. Highly recommend for people looking for a reliable good quality felting supply store!

The Support for their customers is second to none and they do all this through a shared love of Needlefelting and Doll Making xxxx The equipment they sell are of excellent quality and I now solely buy through them, They offer free tutorials and live shows on how to make the packs they sell on YouTube and go above and beyond to help you out with any questions if you get stuck! I genuinely cant recommend them enough

I have been shopping with The Makerss for around 2 years now. The kits they sell are clearly pictured and explained. The wool they sell is very clean and great quality. They are available to ask questions and offer suggestions for specific projects you have in mind. They also offer a free group where you can ask the creators directly with any query you have. They offer a multitude of platforms for you to enjoy their products, through Facebook groups, YouTube channels, live streaming, private messages or emails and even on the phone. They go above and beyond and invite you to be part of the family rather than a customer in a way that is genuinely caring. If you want to feel part of a community The Makerss certainly provide that.

i find the explanations not clear t all....the photos are not showing in detail either...

I love getting my subscription box, even though I know what it will be, it is so exciting to see what is inside, all lovingly wrapped up.

I have just joined the box subscription scheme and received my first box last week. It was for a polar bear. It came beautiful wrapped and with very clear instructions, I started it straight away and he is coming on great. I think the scheme is a very good way to build up your skills and it is useful to be able to see up and coming projects just in case you want to skip one, but so far I want them all, especially the hare coming up in a couple of months. Highly recommend this subscription.

Very helpful staff, giving advice to complete novices. Subscription boxes excellent as an introduction to needle felting.

Very friendly, always helpful and great service. Lucky enough to live nearby so can either visit or shop online but either way, if I have a problem finding exactly what I want The Makerss are always happy to send out samples or search the stock room. Fantastic kits also especially good for beginners.
