The products are very good but what really deserves the five star review is the quality of their service.

They proved this three ways:

1) I ordered but forgot to use the discount code. I replied to my order confirmation (no messing your around by sending order confirmations from a noreply@ email address) and mentioned this error on my part. They were more than happy to apply the discount code retrospectively and give me a partial refund.

2) I received the order and found our I do not know my own neck measurements. I emailed again and they said, 'no problem, here's the order return address, let me know what size you want and I'll send you the replacement product.'

SUPER easy.

3) I decided that it was easier for me to just order the replacement product direct, so I did. The order arrived very quickly. The Metzi team emailed me to let me know they had received my returned order and asked what replacement product I would like.

I told them I had ordered again so they just needed to refund me.

'No problem!'

And hours later I was informed my refund has been processed.

All just REALLY easy.

I hope Metzi are mega successful.

The jewelery itself is of great quality and fits just right. But more importantly is Luke & Alex's service throughout. My first order with them seemingly went missing during transit and so I contacted them and they organised a re-sending of my original order with an addition for my troubles.

I really like the jewellery, it well made and doesn’t leave my skin green. The bracelet comes off pretty often with the way the latch is designed but it’s not a huge problem. My biggest problem was shipping. They advertise that it will be delivered in 2-5 business days. This was not my experience. I ordered it and then it sat in a warehouse for an entire week. Once it actually left the UK it did arrive within 2-5 business days. This isn’t necessarily a problem with Metzi because they send it through a 3rd party but if you’re ordering from the states I would expect closer to 2 weeks before you get it.

The shipping experience wasn't the best as anticipated. I paid for next day shipping and got my package in 2 days. However, the bracelet looks quality. I got the EMBER TENNIS BRACELET. I'm getting the MIDNIGHT and ETERNAL TENNIS BRACELET next

The bag it came in was nicely packaged and the jewellery matched the description and photos and everything i ordered came on time and it came in the right sizes and is good quality

The shipping process is absolutely horrendous, and the shipping company Evri is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.. I wish they would just go with Royal Mail the first time. That being said, after waiting for over a month, I got my jewelry and it is amazing, I love it so much. Metzi for some reason is much more responsive on Instagram than they are through their customer service email, and it’s a little disappointing they didn’t offer any sort of discount or anything after the issue I had with shipping… and unfortunately, I will probably be ordering again lol… there’s a few other pieces I want now that I know the jewelry is very high quality. Not looking forward to the shipping process though.

I am in love with this bracelet, have worn it a week now, it’s beautiful and lies flat on my wrist sometimes forget it’s there, I hope it lasts. Delivery took awhile but I am in USA so I understand. Would buy from again.

Good jewelry. You get what’s in the picture. Just got the frosted cuban, it’s great, it’s the correct length but fits loose on the wrist. I think a size down might fit me too. good jewelry good customer service. do buy Metzi.

I usually do a "try-out" purchase before an actual one (funny enough this was over 150$ i think), i got the rings one size too big, but they *still fit great* (that's on me ; now ik the PERFECT size for future purchases), but i thought i was supposed to get a free ring since i purchased 2 of them, so idk what's good with that, unless the system is designed like the retail "rewards system"(you'll only get the buy get 1 free if you scam both items), that... or it was an old #ad from the hundreds that i was forced to see on my Instagram page lol?

Delivery lasted like a whole week, which is fine since this was a "fun" purchase to myself. I suppose their HQs is somewhere on England, so it was still quick (imo) (US/FL).

It arrived in a few days, packaged well, and looks beautiful. Wife loves the bracelet and earrings.

The jewelry is absolutely stunning! Superior craftsmanship. I am most impressed with attention to detail. Finding good quality black metal jewelry is rare. Finding excellent quality is unheard of until now. It looks beautiful and feels very well made. Will definitely buy more pieces!

Bought several items from Metzi. Like them very much. good quality. Only issue was it too over two weeks to receive my order. Slow shipping but it did arrive in good condition.

Wrong order sent as measurements on website is incorrect. Terrible and slow customer service that has taken days for them to send a replacement. Customer service feels is a AI chatbot driven. No apology and no accountability. Terrible experience

I am absolutely SMITTEN with this company, their jewelry, their 5 star customer service and I can say that all 4 pieces that I’ve purchased from them are showstoppers, head turners and HEARTY!! The sparkle is breathtaking, the shine is mirror-like. I pretty much much NEVER remove them. The creativity of their collections is spot-on!

The bracelet is very good quality but the shipping took almost a month and got no new emails telling me it was delivered.

Rings are good, no complaints there. Necklace and bracelet both broke within first week or two. Connecting links to clasp are very flimsy.

Great products and customer service! I wasn’t sure how the quality would be before I ordered but was extremely happy with the results!

I just received two orders I made which included the 8mm cuban bracelet, two rings, a set of the black stud and ember stud earrings and also the ember square pendant necklace. Only 12 days from ordering to recieving the items in San Diego Ca which was nice. Perfect fits and already getting compliments on all of the pieces. Great price point and quality is great as well. 10/10 would recommend and will be purchasing more in the future! The only issue I had was the first parcel was left on top of a community mailbox in the open, second parcel was delivered to my door. Not in their control but worth noting for the service used for shipping.

The jewelry, necklace and bracelet, are beautiful but shipping took a long time to arrive. I no longer have the bracelet. It was lost while going through the airport. I feel like the bracelet should’ve been more secured by including a latch for security.
