Ridiculously undervalued price…
Ridiculously undervalued price estimates. As at November 2021 they were valuing houses in Surrey at the same price they were two years ago even though house prices have clearly risen significantly in the last 18 months. Photo images of properties are also very outdated

Poor Communications
Still hosting images of a rental property I own having been asked to remove them on multiple occasions. Other platforms have removed but The Move Market fail to respond and still holding images they have no right to use.

This site is a joke
This site is a joke - they have advertised the house I have just moved into as a 2 bedroom unmodernised semi detached. In fact is has always been a 3 bedroom and has extensive modernisation with a large extension to the back of the house extending the kitchen and a separate utility room. I would like my house to be removed with immediate effect.

Inaccurate
I feel the valuation used on their website is undermining the sale of my house. They have no permission to publicly undervalue my house, putting off potential buyers. Totally inaccurate.

Inaccurate Information, using photographs without consent
Would give zero rating if I could, using photos of my house which I had requested to be removed from other platforms (which they duly did), this website still displays them. Information is completely inaccurate, states my property is one of the smallest in the road, it’s actually one of the biggest plots. Utterly inaccurate information compiled by a group who did not have my permission to use the information. My house sale was fully completed and over prior to this companies incorporation/emergence and therefore it is using data and photos that it should not be using! Untrustworthy charlatans!

Want your house undervalued?
Feels like this website under values houses to encourage home owners to get a professional valuation from their preferred valuers (who I guess pay them commission). My advice is to check Zoopla.

Unfortunately most people believe their property is worth more than it really is, which is why it can sit on the market for a long time and often a vendor is asked to reduce their price before the estate agent can successfully sell their home.
Please note, we also provide multiple ways to help you understand what your property may be worth, as well as make it easy for you to request an estate agent to visit. Valuing a property still requires some effort on your part as computer generated valuations are a starting point, the more information you can feed to our valuation tools, the more accurate a valuation you will get back.
We simply try to help you find out what your property is likely to be worth in today's market - we have no incentive to say your property is worth less than its market value.
