Buyer beware, count your order, they do not ship the qty ordered

They have a "special" for 200 stickers, but don't ship all you order.
I ordered 3 designs
1st - I received 166
2nd - I received 138
3rd - I received 0 (yes ZERO)

Contacted them through email, their website, called them... no reply, 3 days later I contacted them on their Instagram, no Reply, commented on and contacted them on Facebook, they finally started to answer, making up excuses... stated they had a 2nd package that was shipped but looks like it was lost, eventhough the 1st package was marked as containing all my order and they refused to provide the tracking on that 2nd package... then said they "found" the rest of my stickers in a bin and were shipping those immediately, and I'd receive them by that Saturday and they'd send the tracking "shortly"... Saturday came and went, no stickers, no tracking... I contacted them on Monday through the Facebook message to ask for tracking, they didn't answer me on FB, but I had tracking in my email shortly after it showed they had seen the message.... next package arrived later in the week.
Of the 3 designs
1st - they sent 0 additional, still missing 44
2nd - they finally filled all.
3rd- they sent 135 of 200.
Still missing over 100 stickers from my order and they will not respond.

Do not order from them

My order sat in pre shipment with them for 20 days and when it did finally arrive I only received 61 stickers instead of the 200 I ordered. Customer service has been non existed and impossible to contact. Do not order from them

Oh and the stickers were poorly printed as well

OG sticker factory always does well with my orders! Always get all of the stickers that I order and it's great customer care over there! Highly recommend OG stickers!!!

Complete failure

I purchased 200 stickers, received just over 50, and had emailed half a dozen times about the shortage to only be told that they would ship but never actually did. After 2 emails they just quit responding. It was a total ripoff.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Major issues with my order and they ignored every communication attempt I made to get it resolved. Would never recommend.

If you want quality service and products every time, Sticker Mule is the way to go.

Just admit your company is trash and stop defending your terrible service

Just to be completely transparent, my request to cancel my order came AFTER you never sent my order after 25 days. No updates whatsoever on your website nor on the shop app. No customer should have to find 3 different ways to hunt your sad company down to hound them to ship out what was purchased and nearly every single person I’ve even mentioned your company to said you ALWAYS short every order and don’t produce what it paid for and then give a fake apology and say you’ll make the situation right and never do to save face. Just do your job

first time writing a review on trustpilot

i've been trying out different sticker companies and stumbled upon sticker society co / OG factory (why do they have 2 names?) via their IG ads. i decided to test them out since they had a deal.

very poor (zero!) communication. i rejected my first proof and was expecting a new proof with dimensions or a reply saying my sizing request is not possible, but i heard nothing for about 2 weeks until i received a notification on the Shop app that my order got shipped *without* my approval. if i did not have the Shop app, i wouldn't not have known, as they did not send an email notification. i messaged them in the shop app and emailed them to see what was going on -- no response.

they did not pack the stickers well and some got creased/damaged. on top of that, i was shorted on one design and got extra of the other design and they were not the size i specified. the size needed to match my existing stickers and i needed the same quantity because they are a set. the sticker paper is also much thinner/flimsier than other sticker companies i tried.

Stickers are pretty good quality

Stickers are pretty good quality, customer service is nonexistent though 🤷🏼 I’ve tried on several occasions and a couple different orders to contact them via email and whatever else I can find hidden among their website and alas no response. But the stickers show up and they are of pretty good quality so I guess I can’t complain too much 🤷🏼 I use the stickers for my packaging for my business.

This company saved me

This company saved me! I ordered stickers from another company who seemed to have a good deal. But when they arrived the quality was terrible! I looked for anywhere to get them remade quickly, and OG Factory saved me! I ordered on the 1st in April and they arrived on the 11th. The quality and size was perfect! And they have amazing deals! 100% recommend

Never shipped until comfronted weeks…

Never shipped until comfronted weeks later then claimed it was frozen in the snow when there was never a trackinb order. Said they'll print that day and overnight but it shows up a week later with about half of my order terrible quality. They are terrible terrible stickers. Never order from them.

Edit: OG Stickers will short you on all orders and send you the worst stickers ever imagined. On the phone there were complete lies being thrown out. My friend just recieved 30 of his stickers from a 200pc order after weeks of waiting. Do not listen to their idiotic reply.

As previously mentioned, the quality of the printed design depends on the resolution of the photo provided. We typically print at 1440 DPI and higher on our printers to ensure top-notch quality. At THE OG FACTORY, we stand by our commitment to quality and want to clarify that any issues with print quality may have stemmed from low-resolution photos taken from your smartphone or camera. Additionally, we recall sending extra stickers last month to address your claim of missing items."

I usually never ever write reviews

I usually never ever write reviews. But with this is, i just had to!
I feel like i got scammed.
Made the order 1/11.
1/23 got an email, that my order was in process to get started.

1/27 that my order was mailed out and was provided a tracking number.

Every time i would check tracking number, it just said order was waiting to be picked up by USPS
After 2 weeks of tracking number saying the same, i contacted them via chat. I was informed that my order should have been out already but it never way. Then later i was provided a new tracking number.
That one did show it was in transit.
Then i checked again the day it was supposed to be delivered and it was it was delivered but it had a different address somewhere in California (I’m in AZ)
I was pretty mad and contacted them via chat again and someone called me.
I was informed by the guy on the phone that the usps had sent my order back to them twice because something that had to do with my address (been here for over 20 years and have never had any problems with any other order from Amazon or etc)

Was told that they had refunded me the money 2/12 and that they would still send me my order through UPS this time and that it should be here by Thursday night.

Well it is now 2/17 and i have yet to receive my refund or my order.
Never ordering from them ever again!

Rather pay a little extra and go with a more reliable company

The decision to cancel your order stemmed from the significant costs incurred in reshipping the package multiple times, which amounted to more than the value of the order itself. As you may know, our standard shipping fee is $9.95, and with multiple attempts to deliver the package, it became financially unfeasible for us to proceed.

Rude Owner. Super late order.

Ordered an item on 1/25, which was confirmed to start production on 1/27, which should've been 1-2 business days after til they were ready to be shipped.

We waited until 2/2 to ask the status of an order which they never provided or any shipping update.

2/5 we initiated a chargeback after 3 days of complete silence since asking for an update since their generic shopify store and lack of response made me feel like these were scammers.

The funny thing is 5 WHOLE MINUTES after I write a bad review on social media about them I get a personal phone call during work hours, where an employee berated me about how we should have done xyz instead of charging back.

His excuse for not responding was, and he repeatedly said this, was because they are not open on weekends, even though they had 6 business days to provide literally any update, and 3 full days to respond to my final cry for help.

Instead of being civil, he berated me, tried to pull at my heartstrings by saying I'm hurting his business, and said "I'm going to throw out your order" and hung up.

Very unprofessional, as I tried to be civil as possible as someone who has already initiated the chargeback.

Edit - the owner responded and make multiple false claims. They are open on Friday, you can see on multiple places online that that is true. They also said, and I recorded the entire conversation as an .mp3 should you want it, that they are throwing my order in the trash. I honestly wanted to like this brand as it got fantastic reviews online elsewhere, but the only responses from their end have been rude & unwilling to hear my concerns.

Edit #2: The company responded to Edit #1, claiming that I could've had "PATIENCE" to wait until Monday , which is exactly what I did, and I contacted them at the end of the workday Monday, the 6th business after production had started with a 1-2 business day estimate and absolutely zero communication. The chargeback was because I literally thought I was being scammed, and I had apologized for that, however the owner failed to realize that he could be civil and understand that that is an unfortunate reality of the misunderstanding.

Edit #3: Additional details - I called Monday 2:43pm and they called me back at 2:58pm. This was simply due to me posting publicly about their company. Somehow in 6 business days, instead of responding to a single email, they decided to check their facebook comments and notice that I had commented.

What is unfortanate, is you won't find these facebook posts, because they simply DELETE the posts with bad comments, instead of replying here as TrustPilot forces them to do.

"We'd like to provide clarity regarding the status of your order. It had progressed through our production pipeline, undergone printing, and was in the final stages of cutting before it was canceled and refunded due to the chargeback initiated. It's important to note that shipping the order and subsequently facing a chargeback would constitute a fraudulent transaction, which we take very seriously.

The first email we receive was on friday at 7:45pm. Do you expect us to answer an email after we close at 5pm. Just with a little PATIENCE, you would've received an answer on the following workday, which was Monday.

We only responded by phone call not because of your false comment on facebook it was because of the email that was sent with the sentence ( Enjoy your chargeback ) on Monday 2:43pm and we call at 2:58pm from our records at that point we cancel the order and process a refund. Expecting a small business to ship a order after chargeback has been issued and emailing us with the sentence ( enjoy the charge back ) is extremely disappointing and tell us what type of characteristic you have.

Regarding your mention of us discarding your order, we want to assure you that this is not the case. Your order is securely held within a designated claim bucket. We provided video and photo evidence of your order's status as part of our commitment to transparency. Despite this, we understand your decision not to proceed with the purchase.

While we genuinely appreciate your interest in our products and services, we believe that the current customer experience may not align with our standards. We take pride in offering competitive pricing for custom sticker orders and strive to ensure a positive interaction with every customer. However, we acknowledge that this may not always be feasible.

Addressing your public comment on social media, we felt compelled to respond as it directly impacts the reputation and dignity of our dedicated team and company. Correction ( Our operational hours are Monday to Friday ) not Monday to thursday , and while we aim to address inquiries promptly, we ask for understanding during times when we are closed.


In conclusion, while we regret that our services did not meet your expectations, we hope to learn from this experience and improve our processes. Should you reconsider in the future, we would be grateful for the opportunity to serve you better. Thank you for your understanding and feedback."

( Your concerns was meant with the same expectations has if some one was trying to receive an order and then summit a charge back soon after. We caught the actions of your charge back before we ship it out. We believe that the current customer experience may not align with our standards.We hope you the best of luck in your sticker endeavors. )

Edit - we respond to trust pilot review to keep all information honest. Also we only receive one email on Fedruary 2nd , 7:45PM on friday after hours and following email on monday ( Enjoy the charge back ) and other following email ( Do better ). Also to point You did not call us . We called you at 2:58pm on monday. The conversation lasted 7 minutes. Before that we responded back to your email at 2:50pm ( providing photo proof of your order and informing that you contact us after hours on Friday.

I am providing an actual time line of honest interaction with you and our staff. I am going off the times stamps in the email and phone logs which should already have.
