A bit strange.

Item showed that it was in stock online. Emailed a week later for an update and got an automated response saying they are out of office for school holidays. Chased a few days later, nothing. I've now just received an automated email saying I've been refunded. Don't show that items are in stock if they aren't. Waste of time!

This company showed on their website that they had a particular radiator which was now discontinued by the manufacturer. I called them and they apologised, it was not in stock. They gave me another number to try and then actually looked themselves online to help me locate one and phoned me back.
The reviews for this company are not great but it is not often that you get this kind of customer care nowadays and so i felt compelled to review them and shall use them in the future. I dealt with Geoff at The one stop bathroom shop.

Made an order on 14th March 2024, now the 28th March and nothing received, no comms, no response to email chasers and just get answerphone message when trying to ring them. Will be contacting my bank to try to get my money back.

I have installed a shower enclosure for customer , absolutely rubbish instructions explanation and the design is awful

The order was cancelled and refunded shortly after it was placed. Dissapointing. Perhaps keep your website up to date ?

I have not received the pipe as yet. It has been well over a week.

Item was listed as in stock, and only advised it was out of stock and on back order days after I had paid. Chased to find out they still had no idea when it would be in stock. Asked for a refund and was able to source elsewhere at half the price.

Nothing waiting far to long for items to be dispatched

Had a query about some sizing, phoned was sorted immediately, placed order arrived in quick time. No moans here at all.

Poor. The supplier had told them that it was on back order with no idea of when it would arrive. When I asked for an indication of delivery date I was told that they had no idea. I then asked for a refund which they gave me however they didn’t offer I had to ask. I will not use you again.

I've sent many emails without response. My order has not been delivered. Terrible service. I suspect the company has gone bankrupt and I have lost my money!

Arrived the next day. Great product at a great price.
