The Online Lighting Store Avis 

The lighting item looked good on the site and so I ordered it.
I got a confusing e mail from the supplier saying the order was waiting fullfilment....so am I, and at my age I have been waiting a long time!!
However a nice lady returned my call and told me all was in hand.
They delivered by post to the Scottish Highlands where I live and so I wasn't ripped off for shipping as I usually am!!

Really impressed. Easy website to navigate, fantastic range of lighting, order arrived very quickly, great price and product.

I purchased. a floor lamp and bulbs from the Online Lighting Store and I was very pleased with the quality of the lamp. It was well designed and fitted my livingroom perfectly.

Cannot thank joy and the team enough everything went perfect had a little mishap which was corrected immediately and without questions asked it was resolved I'm so in love with my new light it just finishes the sitting room perfectly and is the new talking point for visitors will definitely use this shop again highly highly recommend

Such a shame the Royal Mail made a complete mess of delivery and we ended up taking delivery a week later than expected.

Quick delivery and a lovely email from the firm after the order was placed. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

I ordered two light shades and after waiting a week and a half I contacted the shop to ask when would they arrive. I got a reply to say they would be with me in a few days as they were in Belfast port . Then a day later I got a email to say that they only sent one shade as the shop didn’t have two and would not be getting them back in and if I didn’t want the one shade they would give me a refund. I waisted two weeks waiting on matching shades for my lamps . Why could they not have told me this when I ordered them? Very poor service. I won’t be ordering from them again

I had been searching for over a month for shades for our lamps and came across this company . Although I was not sure of what I needed fully Neil answered my queries fully and assured me where I was struggling .The shades sent are perfect they were so well packed and protected in the box , they arrived quickly also .i cannot be thankful enough for, God bless you Neil from Nev.

We were surprised that one website offered an amazing choice of quality lighting at very good prices.
Ordering was made straightforward with the website..
It even suggested the correct bulb for all lighting available..
We ordered a total of 3 lights for the hallway and bulbs,
all items were well packaged and arrived within 4 working days in tiptop condition.

Great products and prices, good service.

I found exactly the lampshade I was looking for in this store. Although we live in France, the lampshade was shipped with care and arrived in perfect condition. Only bemol was that they refused to take off the VAT even though we were here in France!!!
The lampshade was beautifully sewn and once we were certain that the measurements were correct (because not all were given on the site) we were pleased to order it. It resembles the photo on the site exactly!

Bought two sets of lights for our dining room and lounge - prices were very competitive, the delivery quick and the products well packaged. Having been away, I haven't been able to get them fitted yet so can't comment on there functionality, but assume all will be well!

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Hat natürlich etwas gedauert bis der Artikel in Deutschland angekommen ist. Aber wir sind rundherum zufrieden.
