Terrible experience-in stock on website saying 7-10 business day for delivery then three weeks later, still not shipped and no communication. Asked for a refund…still waiting.

I'm pleased with my purchase and it looks just right in my bedroom. It came with a little tool to extract the light bulb but it doesn't work. Hopefully the bulb will come out ok when it needs to.

Very helpful
I ordered this light for our hallway, in December'25. Although we intended to get it up before Christmas, it lay in the box until January. Unfortunately upon opening we discovered 1 of the glass panels was broken. I contacted customer service by email to let them know, but wasn't expecting much, as so much time had passed since I purchased . A lovely lady called Joy, was extremely helpful and said although they ask that customers open products within 3 days for that very reason, she would get in touch with the supplier and see if anything could be done. Shortly afterwards she informed me that a new glass panel will be sent out as soon as they receive it. A few days later it arrived on my doorstep.
The light is beautiful and is perfect for the space. Will definitely buy from this company again.
