Product as described there was an issue with the delivery where my and a ladies delivery had each others shipping labels on them, but Online Lighting sorted this with a minimum of fuss in the timescales suitable to me, so very pleased with the service and product.

Bought a light after initially checking if it was in stock to then be told it wouldn’t be in stock for a couple of months. I then asked for the order to be cancelled as I didn’t want to wait that long and was moving address which I notified them of , two months later the light was delivered to my old address and I had to go and get it, luckily the new owners were honest people and let me know. I returned the light at my own expense , even though it was their fault for sending it in the first place and then had a long back and forth about my refund of which now they are not responding. The online lighting store has failed at every hurdle for me, they should have responded and resolved the matter with me as this situation was a result of their multiple errors not mine and I should not be out of pocket for their mistakes yet here we are.

I am super impressed with the Online lighting store. I was after a glass shield to replace one on my Montana Mother and Baby standard lamp. They have bent over backwards to help me with it. Unfortunately due to crossed wires and probably my incorrect description of the item I needed they have been unable to get the correct part I need. Without hesitation I have been refunded. Amazing customer service and for such a small item too. Thank you and especially to Joy Walker for her patience. More than grateful

The item was competitively priced and good quality. Upon delivery we found a broken pane of glass. We contacted them and they could not have been more helpful. A replacement piece of glass was delivered within days. Customer service was excellent.
