The Online Toy Shop Avis

I ordered the MeowBaby Boucle ball pit and it is beautiful! As described and arrived so quickly!

Good price, product was true to picture and description. Arrived on the scheduled date

True to their word, having needed to contact to discuss expected delivery date.
Thank You

The product is good.
However time scales for delivery are misleading. Not a good idea to rely upon estimates as they are not realistic

Easy to order and great product....didn't deliver to my nearest co-op store so had to go out of my way a little to collect it

What an outstanding company!
I’ve never come across a more professional company than this shop! So helpful with all questions I’ve asked! Kept me in the loop with all my delivery/ order.
They work super hard and fast to make sure once orders are placed that they get dispatched quickly. You can see the love and passion they have towards there business. 100% recommend this shop for all your bits I’ll use them forever now I’ve found them!
Just need to make everyone aware of how amazing this company is!!
Thank you for everything!

Ordered Hoppstar camera, it was a good price, tracking available and package arrived ahead of schedule. Good all round service.

Delivery was withing the alotted time. Fantastic value for money. My daughter loved it

Extremely quick service, competitive price and free delivery. Will shop here again!

Great service fast delivery all was just perfect.

I thought I'd be able to build this trampoline on my own but it definitely needs two people. One to hold the top up while the other puts the legs on. My granddaughter loves it & there's plenty of room for her to do her somersaults.

I am so impressed with both the customer service and the wonderful toys provided by this company! They gave me great advice when choosing a play house for my grand daughter, it’s arrived and is beyond expectations!! We have a very happy little girl here!! Thank you!!

As usual I was last minute, but needed to get a particular bike for my grandaughter's birthday. I emailed them to see if there was any chance of an overnight delivery and received a prompt response by phone, to say they would do the best they could. I was continually updated and the bike duly arrived on time and they even contacted me to make sure it had arrived. You don't get better service than that !

No correspondence when asked to change delivery address.
Would never use again.
They take your cash and don’t respond to messages

My toy arrived very quickly undamaged And my granddaughter loved it

Quick delivery, and cheapest price.

This company saved Christmas for us. They went above and beyond to make sure our order arrived - great communication and nice to speak to someone! Will definitely buy again from The Online Toy Shop

Having had issues purchasing a specific bike, for our three youngest children, from three other companies we thought Christmas was just never going to happen. We bought the three bikes off the online toy shop as a last resort, we were unsure if it was a reputable company or a scam site but at this point we're out of options and took the risk.

We received a phone call the following day, the bikes weren't in stock, but Charlie had not only rang us to inform us of this but also with an alternative option! We were so pleased! We might not of gotten the bikes we had been trying to get, but the alternative that Charlie offered was even better and at a considerably discounted price.

I can say with certainty that we will be using this site again, just for the simple fact that they cared enough to make sure we had something amazing for our kids to open Christmas morning.

Thank you so much.
