Product arrived quicker than expected
Product arrived quicker than expected. Great service. The quality of the play set appears good-it is a gift so not seen it ‘in action’ yet.

Issues but helpful customer service.
Had a few issues with my item which was really frustrating and upsetting. The Online Toy Shop have been very helpful with resolving issues. I've not had to even slightly argue my point to get a good result.
Just hope the issues don't continue with the new item.
