They are useless at best they do everything in thier power to stop you from getting access to your pension pot they are corrupt and the call centres are useless and cant help

Hello,
I previously contacted your service, and I was told that my pension contributions had been stopped so that no further pension deductions would be taken from my salary. I was assured that everything had been processed, and I also received a confirmation message stating that I would no longer be paying into the pension scheme.
However, after receiving my latest salary, I noticed that pension contributions were deducted again. Could you please explain why this happened and help me refund the amount if it was deducted by mistake?
