Fabulous Customer Services - dealt with my query swiftly, explained everything in detail and talked me through the bits I didn't understand.
Seyi was incredibly helpful and resolved 2 queries for me today, enabling me to complete necessary employer actions. Also very impressed that I was able to speak to someone almost immediately when I called.
Isabel was very helpful in assisting me with uploading and correcting errors in my pension contributions. As someone new to payroll and pension schemes, I really appreciated her clear guidance and support throughout the process.
Seyi was very helpful this morning with my query and talked me through how to deal with it.

I spoke to Seyi today with regards to a problem with uploading the pension. Being new to using Smart Pay and also the payroll software that I now use. She spent time going over various things that we could possibly do, with perseverance on her part we got there in the end and I can now rest easy knowing the contributions will be taken from my account on time.
