I enjoyed my time and scheduling flexibility. I can definitely see the difference since I stopped going. The trainers were very nice and compassionate.
The pandemic, knee surgeries and hand surgery caused me to leave with 11 paid sessions still on the books. Hopefully I can return soon.

Our trainer Owen was amazing and very thorough though the complimentary session. Unfortunately your pricing is completely over and above what was expected and wasn't provided until we met with Owen.

I started out in person and then quickly moved to virtual. I love my teacher and I really enjoy the exercises. It feels like the price is wildly expensive but I do like the 20 minute time frame and my teacher is excellent. And it does keep me accountable.

Appreciate the time spent discussing my areas of concern. We crafted a plan to work out and add a nutritional plan to the mix.
Looking forward to shifting unhealthy habits and making changes for my best life ahead rather than focusing only on shedding weight.

Just what I was looking for in resistance training.

I have been coming to The Perfect Workout for several years. I have continued my membership because I can tell I have retained and built muscle mass in the short and efficient workouts. The trainers, particularly Nick and recently Britney, have been very flexible and have accommodated the changes in my schedule due to work and school, which I appreciate very much.

Different prices given for the workout, the trainer didn't adjust my seat right for the leg press and my lower back hurt for 2 days after.

The Perfect Workout is perfect for me. My trainer sets up the weight machines with the appropriate weights and then I begin to work those muscles. I feel great following the workout, blood circulating, with a rosy glow on my face.

My trainer Kimberly was great. I enjoyed the workout. However, a hernia I have become irritated and painful. I will be having surgery. When I tried to get a refund, or even a partial refund, on prepaid classes, no one cared to help. I am very disappointed and surprised. I will not be referring anyone.
