Though I am old and out of shape
Though I am old and out of shape, I’m pushed twice a week to do more than I think I can do! All the trainers know their stuff and are great motivators which I can appreciate.

Not convinced this is for me
I was not impressed by the workout environment. I was expecting something more upscale and visually appealing, knowing what the price for the program is. That being said, the trainer was personable. I would prefer to be trained by someone with a PT or kinesiology degree. Because I have had lower back, knee and shoulder issues, I need to trust implicitly the person who oversees my workout

Unkept promise
Lauren kept promising me she would email me my results, improvements and the like. No matter how many times I reminded her. Always an oh yeah I’ll do that. Nope not once never. Running a business is all about customer service. I felt it was quite lacking with her.

Initial Review
Tony Ferguson was thorough in setting up a program to help me achieve my goal of overall lower body fitness to postpone hip and knee replacement surgeries while strengthening my core, and exercising my triceps, biceps, shoulder, and back so that I can continue to shovel snow in the future.

I had a terrific first session at Perfect Workout. The facility is clean, sanitary, well lit and has an upbeat professional vibe.
My trainer, Albert was knowledgeable, personable and very in tune to my specific, post injury needs.
I would highly recommend The Perfect Workout!
