Excellent service in-store from lovely tyber (I hope I spelt it correctly) Great recommendations enough I came back in to get her recommendations and gave me such a great offer 5 stars and the manager was also extremely helpful definitely recommend 🙂

Always fantastic staff

Ordered online (via top cashback) to be delivered to store but never got a confirmation it was ready to collect, on the off chance I popped in and it was ready and waiting for me. Staff were friendly and helpful but probably won't use online ordering again.

Lots of variety to choose from,lots of affordable products, I found it easy to order and pay, I also was happy with the fast delivery, thank you very much. Do not purchase from any where else, these guys only stock genuine products.

The staff were very helpful without being pushy. Very pleasant and knowledgable about each perfume I asked about. I ended up buying more than intended because i felt so comfortable in the shop.

I visited the Solihull Touchwood branch and was served by Lucinder who provided excellent customer service! I needed advice on choosing a scent for my younger brother and Lucinder was honest and provided a recommendation that I was really pleased with and went for! I was offered gift wrapping, the perfume has been wrapped very neatly and I love the personalised ribbon idea. Thank you so much Lucinder for your help and for chatting with me! (I hope I spelt your name correctly!) I was also given a membership card so I'll definitely be back!

The assistant Ella was lovely to me and my mom and helped us out. Even found out she went to my former secondary school and is a friend of a friend which was lovely to find out.

I had a wonderful experience at the perfume shop thanks to Lucinda. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive while helping me choose the perfect fragrance as a gift. I wasn’t sure where to start, but Lucinda guided me through different options, explained the scents in detail, and really listened to what I was looking for. I bought the Jimmy Choo in the end. Perfect choice
