My baby has had nothing but issues after being exposed to mold.. I can’t say enough about this product!!! She is only 3 years old and this product has made a huge difference in our life. Her ears are standing up again. She runs for an hour straight, not 20 minutes anymore.. her bowels are exceptional after only one week.. I’ve spent thousands of dollars trying to get my girl better and so far this is the only product that has done it.. if I could give 10000 stars I would.. their probiotic and allergy chews has made her stop itching constantly. Their salmon bites I added 4 to her food and she devoured her food!! All I can say is Denali and her mom are a huge fan after 1 week..

I had canceled my subscription about 3 to 4 weeks ago. Why did I receive an order Friday? I have plenty of product on hand.
I don't need to spend the money on the product that came Friday.

Throw shipment in the middle of my driveway. My driveway is up a hill that is covered by trees on both sides and has a sharp left hand turn at the top , she put the package in the middle of the driveway at the top of the sharp turn...
If I would not have been at home, I would have came home up my driveway @ Normal speed . I would have ran over the shipment.....

Delivery was great but I don’t recall requesting automatic ordering. I have several jars that I haven’t opened yet and then another gets delivered. It’s coming too fast and I would like to discontinue auto orders

I made only 1.purchase for a gift. My card has been charged monthly for automatic reorders Not authorized. Do to the lack of address info.the paq.are left in other apartments. Please do not send anymore. I don't have any dogs.

The PetLab customer service team provided wonderful guidance and answers to my questions. Not only did they respond, the connected me with team members who could answer my request immediately. I was so impressed and grateful for the attention to customers.

Attempted to chat and email Pet Lab Co without success. Cancelles subscription which I did not sign up for. Attempting to return unopened product without success. Contacted rep by phone to request return. Took info. Told me another department had to approve return. Waited for four minutes after being transferred. He came back on stating they would call me back. Never did. Customer return service is nonexistent. I am done with this company.

I have no problems with pit lab. It is done a very good job with my Boston terrier and keeping his allergies and check.

I'm not a big fan of the new blue container. I just keep pouring it into the old white one. The blue one is harder to open for us old folks. Otherwise it's a great product.
