We cannot thank Dr Vicky enough for her help in providing our GSD’s health certificate for our holiday. Our vet decided not to do this service any more and we were stuck with either not taking her on holiday, registering to another vet or paying ridiculous money for the privilege. We talked on the phone, email and then met her today and she was everything you could hope for. We were put into contact with Vicky, the Vet Travel Vet when seeking an Animal Health Certificate for travel to France.
It proved to be a very positive experience.
Contact was easy and direct by email and telephone. Vicky was informative and facilitating. An appointment at home was arranged for a convenient and suitable date and time. All arrangements were confirmed immediately including ETA. Vicky arrived punctually, provided all the necessary paperwork and checked that we were aware of our obligations before returning from France. The price was extremely competitive. We would definitely recommend.

Vicky was professional, knowledgeable and relaxed with our slightly nervous dog, Jenny, who liked Vicky straight away. She promptly replied to any queries and was clear with instructions about completing the AHC. We will definitely be contacting Vicky again when we go abroad.

We use Vicky for our regular holiday trips to France. Paperwork is always spot on. She is very flexible as we often make a last minute decision to travel! Home visit is so much easier than a trip to the local vet. We can thoroughly recommend her.

I'm a first time dog owner on their first overseas trip to France and Vicky was so helpful. She was recommended by my vets and was always very quick to respond and full of helpful information. That would have been enough but Vicky comes to your house making much easier to sort out. However, what was really amazing is that we mucked up with the timing of the rabies jab so Vicky offered to come over at midnight so that the certificate would be issued correctly saving our holiday. She turned up at exactly the time she said she would and was very pleasant and helpful in person. Thank you so much Vicky we will certainly use you again!

We were travelling to Ireland with our dogs and needed to get a Health Certificate for them both. Vicky was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, quick to respond to messages and to let me know what I needed to do, when etc. and very accommodating in terms of coming to the house on Coronation day no less!
