Quick delivery but I didn’t get what I ordered. The bag I got was different from the picture I saw online, different model I guess but I kept it.

Very Worried - Now OK
After deciding to make a purchase of £200 I was very nervous, having never bought from this site.
I've had 1 email to confirm the order and "it's on the way". Since then (a week) I've received no update at all. Getting very worried about it. Very poor & very worried.
UPDATE
Have now received my purchase about a week ago and very pleased with it. Lloyd was very apologetic and promised to track my order until completed which I very much appreciated.
