The Posh Shed Company Avis 

Clare looked after me all the way through ensuring my concrete pad was correct, and also I was able to place my order for a Botanic with Clare over the phone which has given me peace of mind for a large purchase.

I am afraid I would not recommend a Posh Shed. I ordered a shed on the basis of a 10 week delivery, paying in full. After 8 weeks I was told that my shed would be another 11 weeks because they had not “approved” my concrete slab (what they should have said is that they had never asked about the slab which was in fact brand new and had been there throughout) - it felt like a stalling tactic. The installation team were pretty officious and unwilling to see the problem they had caused. Thankfully I got my money back but a Posh Shed is twice the price of the alternative I found, takes four times longer to arrive and the customer service was poor.

This company tells you that they will install 8-10 weeks after you order, latest after confirming details of your shed base. We paid in full about 18 weeks ago and are still waiting for them to finish. They did two days of work, told us they were coming back for 45 minutes the next day to finish, and promptly disappeared for a month. Has caused massive problems with our move because the shed is not available. For the price they charge, the experience is beyond unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these people.

Similar to others, I purchased a shed in 2013 (12 years ago) that now has significant wood rot. Despite taking over the name and brand, the current Posh Shed Company will not honour the 20 year guarantee to remedy this, as they say it belongs to a different entity. Please beware therefore that any guarantees given today may not be honoured, as the entity may simply change again.

Numerous issues. Long guarantee absolutely worthless as not honoured by new owners of Posh Shed.

I bought a Posh Shed at the Hampton Court show in 2019 and recently noticed that the door has rot in it. I contacted the Posh Shed company to find out about their guarantee - 20 years according to the website. I have been informed that the Posh Shed company was bought a few months ago and is now a division of Forest Garden. And, as you've probably guessed, the original guarantee is no longer valid.

Absolutely fantastic service and a great quality shed - I purchased the last available Potting Shed model in the final production run and couldn’t be more pleased with it.

I have the Gothic Shed. We collected it and painted it ourselves to save money. The quality is really good. tongue and groove exterior, a membrane and then Hardboard in the interior. the flooring has membrane sandwich and the roof too. I had the cedarwood shingles. It's almost a fantasy shed, Cute, pretty but functional too. Proper windows with a latch, I purchased a second pair of windows for extra light to look down over the garden pond, ideal for bird watching. I hear they have closed down now, which is a great shame and feel very lucky to own one of these sheds.

I have the Richmond 10x8 shed and I couldn't be more pleased with the build quality. I tend to be very critical and so it isn't often that my expectations are actually exceeded. This isn't a "shed" but rather a very attractive and well-built garden room. I would highly recommend this shed to anyone that is willing to pay a little more for something special.

I told them at the outset I needed my shed in early May to fit in with other landscaping work. Now it appears that they are unable to deliver until the end of the month at which point my shed contents will have been outside for a month. I’m in tears.

I bought a Richmond shed from the Posh Shed Company to use as a home office and I couldn't be more delighted with the product and the service I received. The shed itself is of superb quality, it's more like a tiny house than a shed! And all the fittings and fixtures are first class. The installers were so helpful and nothing was a problem for them (a rare thing these days) and the customer service I received in various emails and calls was excellent. I highly recommend this company!

Although admittedly these aren’t budget products they do look much nicer than what you can usually purchase on the market. The arrived product is as per advertised and I am personally happy with the product. Additionally the service from all the staff involved were top notch!

Pure tat. Just bog standard shed with fancy facia. Only difference is an extra zero on end of bill. Don't be fooled.
