Fantastic looking rug
Took a while for my rug to arrive but once it did I was super happy with the style and the quality of it. Had lots of compliments on it. Would definitely recommend buying from this company.

lovely rug. Good value in the sale. I only wish I'd ordered a larger one and would have exchanged it if I had not had to pay retun postage. However they were helpful and friendly to my query. I really like the rug -just order large if in doubt!

The company sent me a faulty rug that…
The company sent me a faulty rug that was highly faded and light aged at one end. They then refused to send me a replacement as they said that my laying it down in my bedroom under the bed was proof of my using it when I hadn't. I hadn't expected a fault and was alone as a small middle aged woman and thought that it would be easier to lay the large rug down by unrolling it whilst placing under the bed as I had to lift the bed with one arm, pull the old rug out with the other and unroll the new rug with the hand I had used to pull the equally heave rug out inch by inch. It took me over an hour to do this and I was exhausted. I then noticed the huge fault at the final end of the rolled rug that they had conveniently placed at the inner of the roll or I would have noticed it before having it fully unrolled under my bed. I then took photos immediately of the fault to request a replacement before starting the process of trying to get it from under my bed to return to them having sweated buckets trying to get it under my bed in the first place. I didn't have the forethought or energy to get it out, roll it, unroll it again in the garden as no room in the house to fully unroll such a large rug and then roll it up again. I thought easier to take photos, inform company of fault and wait for friend to arrive and help me put carpet away again. So this is what I did. Customer service said no replace or full refund as they claim I have used it despite it being useless to anyone with such a large fault at least 2 foot of fading full length of carpet. I purchased several rugs spending approximately £690. I would never use this company again.

We can see that you had sent us images with a bed a chest of drawers and other furniture on top of the rug as such on this occasion your return for refund or replacement was refused as per our returns policy we are unable to accept used items back for hygiene reasons. You were offered a partial refund as we could see that there was a fault however the images provided by yourself do show the rug in use as we had mentioned to you the returns team would be able to see the rug had been used and had had heavy furniture on top of it and would atomically refuse your return. The Heavy Weight of the furniture will cause damage to the rug and there for is not as dispatched which is why this was refused. We tried to settle this amicably with you however you refused any of our offers to you. As we can you have yet to reply to our last message leaving us unable to reach a conclusion to your issue.
