Received the wrong rug
Received the wrong rug, was told told it was the 'correct one' although it was a different colour and pattern. Was told it will cost me £12 to return it, this will be deducted from my refund which I'm still waiting for 10 days after ot was returned not impressed at all!! Only gave 1 star because there wasn't a 0 option

We are sorry to hear that this was your experience we can see from the images you sent that you had received the correct rug and were advised that we could see from the image that you sent that this had been taken from the darker the side of the rug as such you were advised that we were not able to waiver the returns fee. We can see that this was collected on 12.05.23 and received back on 15.05.23 as per our returns policy as clearly shown on the website refunds are issued 7 - 10 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) after we receive the rug back with us as such your refund is due to be issued no later 30.05.23
