We feel it is a shame that you felt to write this review as we can see you were advised accordingly and were allowed to amend your order to a much more expensive rug at no extra charge to your self to which you were very grateful and thankful for. We can see that you wrote this review whilst we were trying to arrange the amendment for. The situation that lead to you being allowed to have the alternative rug was beyond our control was given as gesture of good will and accepted by you willingly and we feel that your review is not a fair reflection of your experience with us.
