Misleading delivery dates
I ordered 2 runners and 2 round rugs with a delivery of 15 to 45 days on 6th of April I received 1 runner within days. I month later I have enquired about the matching runner and the matching 2 large round rugs that are still not delivered and the reply was 45 working days from order and now the delivery is June 6th. They offered to supply other rugs instead but they would not match the 1st received rug

Very Disappointed poor quality
First off your waiting weeks and weeks. It arrived today, very disappointed poor quality colours are dull I have bought better from cheap shop and for half the price. I will not recommend this company to anyone. My advice go to a shop see what your getting. I'd like to give no star

Fantastic colours and quality
Fantastic colours and quality, and at a brilliant price! Looks great in the lounge. All that was needed was an underlay to stop it slipping which my previous rug (Ikea) did not need. Slight delay in receiving product - it did say in stock but after I had placed the order, I was informed it could be up to 45 days until it arrived - it was around 30 days I think. But still 5 star review!

Great company great rugs
This is the 2nd rug I have ordered from the rugs outlet. Love the rugs so much. Would defo order again from them. Such a great price and great quality. I loved the first rug I ordered that’s why I ordered another one from them. So many designs and colours to choose from. Priced really well too. I got a discount on both the rugs that I ordered from them. Would defo recommend to anyone.

The worse place anyone can purchase a rug from . I placed an order for two rugs that were meant to be the same size . However , one was way too much smaller than the other. I contacted the company and they have no number so everything is through email which wasted so much time . The agent that was dealing with the case was very very rude and arrogant. She told me the rug would expand once laid out and that I should lay it out. I did not want to lay it out as I was afraid Incase it got dirty as I have kids and then I would be refused a refund . Also I didn’t agree with her as I know the rug would not expand for 12/15cm (that’s how much smaller it was from the description) . I explained to her i will keep the rug which was the correct size as I ordered two and that I would return the rug that was described incorrectly about the sizing because in the description box it did not state in the that the rug will be smaller and that It can expand later . No where in the description box was this stated . So I asked them that I want to return the rug . She said I could return the rug but I will have to pay the shipping of £12 which I disagreed to as it was not fault that the rug was incorrectly described. She was very rude and dismissive and kept telling me the same thing that the rug will expand which I didn’t believe as it was way way smaller and neither did it state on website which was not my fault .the rug was picked up and when I was refunded they deducted the £12 from my refund and didn’t give me my full refund . The lady was very dismissive and didn’t help or understand at all. I have never come across anyhting like it and felt that I had been dealt with unfairly. I would never purchase from them again and advise anyone not to either . I had a lot of family and friends purchasing rugs from them but not anymore . Avoid this company

Please be advised that it is against trust pilots regulations to use personal information including names of employees in reviews as this goes against protection of our staffs data. We are sorry that you feel this way however we have ready your emails and can see that the appropriate information was offered to you and that you refused to even attempt any of the advise that was given to you there fore you were advised that we could not waiver the charge as we did not have evidence that there was a fault with your rug. This was inspected upon return and left to settle as you had been advised to do but did not want to try as such there was no fault found in the rug and the fee was not waivered.
