The service, packaging and delivery were all excellent. The only reserve I have is that I believe I ordered 'Roasted Garlic Salt' (as one of three items) but received 'Ghost Pepper' instead. At least... Voir plus

Australian-owned, The Salt Box has the country's largest range of 100% naturally sourced salt. All food salts are made from natural sea salt while the bath and wellness salts are sustainably sourced from authentic locations around the world.
We believe not all salt is created equal. Many brands of epsom salt on the market are artificially manufactured in factories or cleaned using non-natural methods.

Overall great experience
Products are great and the site is user friendly and straightforward to use! The shipping was relatively fast even considering the current issues with deliveries of packages.
Will definitely be purchasing from The Salt Box again!

Sorry for the delayed response we closed on the 22nd Dec have just returned from Christmas Break.
I'm happy to see you received your order two days later on 23rd it was awaiting collection at your LPO.
We did received your email on 21st Dec asking where your 2nd item was and replied same day as below -

The Auspost site says 1 of 2 parcels has been delivered, the consignment has 2 to be delivered and looks to have been split up in transit and the second will follow. The second was scanned in Melb on Saturday18th and will arrive in the following days. I hope you see it soon. Kindest Ellissa :)
