The Scratch Doctor Avis 

This is the first time I have used the Scratch Doctor products. I didn’t believe I would find a product that would bring back the colour to my leather sofa. I used the cleaning product first then the colour match cream. I didn’t think anything would bring it back to looking as good as it does now.

Used the colour match service for 20yr old MG seats, cleaned and prepped with their products. The seats have come up amazing, two tone green and black, cracks and wear on the have virtually gone. Would highly recommend Scratch Doctor.

Restored my Range River seats using their Ivory NUG colouring, leather filler and cleaning and prep solutions. Seats have come out absolutely amazing and I’m really pleased with the finish and quality of everything.

Had to contact them with a query and the customer service was top notch. They do things the old fashioned way when it comes to customer service and that’s the way it should be.

Highly recommended and a special thanks to Claire who was very helpful and efficient.

Bought their product for recolouring leather, and the finish and gloss level I wanted is perfect. I had an issue, nothing to do with the product, my lack of experience, so I emailed and got a fantastic reply the next day, on a Saturday! Very helpful guys, thank you so much. 10/10

Absolutely first class service! Fantastic communication & guidance and a truly excellent product. Changed the colour of a cherry red leather chair to silver grey and it’s stunning! So pleased with the result and won’t hesitate to order from you again!

I’m sorry to provide such a low review but the colour of the product is wrong and I daren’t order again as it’s not cheap. I don’t know what can be done to aid colour match but I’ve got the wrong colour.

Fabulous - better then expected

Having bought the Premium Dye and returned it. Terrified I would ruin my Suite. A few months later I reordered. This time I used it to recolour a Stone coloured Corner Suite to Dark Grey.

OMG it looks amazing! Like a new suite.
For anyone wondering if to try. Don't delay so easy to do and the outcome better than expected.

After receiving the package I was somewhat sceptical that it would work.
I had a lease vehicle where I had unfortunately kerbed all the wheels and was coming to the end of it's term.
Anyway I gave it a go and whilst not as good as getting them professionally refurbished there was certainly a remarkable improvement.
I am therefore very pleased to report that upon return of the vehicle it passed the inspection with flying colours and there were no damage charges.
This product saved me a lot of money!

Needed to remove some scratches from a windscreen and this stuff really worked.
I was sceptical but it was brilliant, job done in about 15 minutes.

I was gifted a tan brown leather recliner from a friend but it didn't blend in so I bought All in one colouring for leather and it came out beautiful. I gave it 3 coats. Looks lush and amazing like it's brand new. Thanks Scratch Doctor🙏

I had originally placed an order, Sales advisor Carl rang me to clarify what i would be using the dye for and corrected my order as i hadn't chosen the right product. I was very pleased with the delivery time and how the products were packaged. I was changing the colour of my bed from dark brown to cream and Carl told me to take my time which i did and i am really pleased with the results! My bed is a perfect cream and the quality of the dye is second to none, it went on very easy and dried to a beautiful finish.

Arrived promptly good packaging followed instructions cleaned suede slippers quite well applied protector spray which i expected to work better at repelling future marks.

Been 4 weeks and still not received my parcel

Prefect match and easy to use

I was searching for a match for the upholstery of a special edition Mercedes Benz with little or no luck, after taking a shot in the dark with a colour from Scatch Doctor that looked close but it didn’t match. Before I returned the goods I made contact with a lovely lady in Scratch Doctor called Claire,who took everything thing on board to sort my problem.After a couple of days Claire made contact with me to tell me my colour was on the way and I had no extra charge. I seldom come across such courtesy and professionalism today , as for the colour it was a perfect match. John Roche, Sligo,Ireland .
