Great shop for all your tech. I brought a iPhone from them as they were the only place I could find the right colour that my son wanted. The phone was in near new condition and my son couldn't be happier. Great choice of phones and accessories and really great service too. Highly recommended for all your techy needs.

Superb service. I FB messaged asking if they could fit a new battery to my iPhone. They asked me to drop it in that morning. It was done in less than an hour. They then followed up a couple of days later to check all was well. I would thoroughly recommend Techout for their excellent service.

I popped in with 2 phones, one screen replacement and one battery replacement at 8.30am and both were ready by lunchtime. The service was outstanding, a very charming and helpful young man, his patience was exceptional when I couldn't remember the passcode. I will be returning and recommending to all I speak too. Thanks guys you were ace.

Having visited Techout to get a laptop .Had great advice and help from Owen in first instance and again later in process, also Chas.These guys are first class in customer care and will do technical stuff if required.I have to say for value of items and service from this new Company is Excellent and they offer 2year Warranty on most items in shop.If you want good value all round for phones or Mac Computers this is the place to go.

Quick and efficient service in store and also quick to reply to Facebook messages. I don’t live in Barnstaple so wanted to know if they had something to suit me in stock before travelling there. Within ten minutes of sending, I had a reply and within the hour I was back at home with my little ones new iPad! Very happy

I saw a post on Facebook about them cleaning the charging port on phones so I went in. I saw Carly who said it definitely did need a clean, after a short wait she came back with it and now it's charging perfectly. Great service and professional. Thanks

This is a hidden gem of a shop in North Devon the service I received from them was second to none. My MacBook Pro needed some work on the screen to bring it back to new.To say I was pleased with the result would be an understatement and at a price I could afford. No more trips to Apple for me these guys will get my kit from now on

Popped into Techout today, amazing service

I bought a phone for my daughter the staff were very helpful in helping me choose the best and most appropriate phone. They were kind and helpful.

Thetechout team have been brilliant, they gave me advice on my old Samsung tablet that I wanted to have refurbished for my grandson, all the advice was free. Because I was so impressed with them I went back and purchased a replacement Samsung tablet for myself. Thetechout are now my first port of call for all my technology and I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent customer service from the staff, very reasonable priced brought an iPhone for my son not knowing much about iphones the demonstration for use of phone and information regarding child safety was excellent would definitely recommend Thetechout to anyone looking for phones and accessories 😀 😀😀
