Bought a Samsung Galaxy A6 from Techout, really good price, excellent advice and service and a great choice of accessories if needed. No pressure selling just a friendly greeting and assistance if required.

Chatted via messenger, the guy suggested an iPhone for my son as it was likely to be more sturdy (my son is accident prone) anyway went in the shop got the phone and a drop case.. apparently tested from the top of the balcony... it's been a while but the iPhone is still in one piece

My Ipad wouldn't charge..Took it into The Techout & they tried cleaning it for free..Unfortunately this didn't work & I needed a new charging point..I received a text 3 hours later saying it had been mended & was ready to pick up..Would totally recommend..The staff were friendly & helpful..Thank you 😁

Brilliant service. Bought aMacBook Air six months ago and they have always been on the end of a phone or accessible if you pop in. Had a problem after updating BigSur and they told me how to fix it in five minutes. Have recommended and will carry on recommending to all my friends. In fact I plan to buy an iPad and a phone from them in the new future. Thanks guys!!

I purchased a huawei media pad T1 from them at a fantastic price, got next day delivery and on opening was delighted as it looked absolutely pristine and worked great! have to say Chaz was ultra patient with me when i thought the tablet had an issue emailing back and forth when we finally realised after chaz sending pics we were putting the sim card in the wrong slot OOPS! in my opinion he went over and above what was expected and so patient i would highly recommend this company and will definately buy from them again
