Upon contacting customer services they explained they couldn’t get it delivered to the correct point despite that being the address and to now wait 2 weeks for the return and a following 10days for refund

Your parcel left us on 29th July 2026 with Royal Mail and it arrived at your local depot on 31st July 2026.
Royal Mail have still got this parcel and no attempts have been made by them to deliver at your local pick up point.

600GSM Luxury Royal Egyptian Double Yarn Hand Towels
ordered some hand towels but very sceptical as thought they may be cheap and nasty well I was very surprised when the towels arrived, they are really good quality and a good size, they are like the ones that you would get in hotels but at a very keen price
I am more than happy and would recommend this company
I am going to order some bath towel the same as my hand towels
they do a great selection and the ones that I got were
