Upon investigating your order, I see notes on your account that there were damaged items and awaiting Photos, these images only got sent to us Friday 15/09/23 after we closed. From other notes, I can see that the wrong email had been used previously to send these for this issue.
we have now corrected this issue after seeing the photos monday morning and the damaged items will be replaced on Wednesday 20/09/23.
it's our policy that we can't do anything regarding damaged products unless there are photos to back this up.
we do apologize for any inconvenience caused by the issue.

Placed my order and shortly after was…
Placed my order and shortly after was sent a email acknowledging my order and the day of arrival. Two days prior to my delivery date i get a phone call out of the blue off the delivery driver telling me he would be with me shortly. Breakdown of communication in the office? Luckily i was in a position that i could take the delivery.
I have only just got round to laying the pipework today that was also supplied by this company. It turned out that they had sent out the wrong sized one -16mm instead of 12mm. I rang the office first thing in the morning and spoke to a helpful guy called Scott who was very understanding and without any fuss arranged for the correct pipe work to be sent out and the wrong one picked up which arrived today which i am grateful for.

Placing my order was very simple, delivery time was excellent.
The staff i talked with were brilliant, even phoning me to tell me when my delivery slot was.
I would thoroughly recommend this company for all your under floor materials.
