Didn't have high expectations for a freestanding clothes rail that cost less than £20 but I was pleasantly surprised. Item arrived in good time, was well made with straightforward assembly with easy to follow instructions. Cannot fault.

Decent quality clothes rack
A reasonably good quality commercial clothes rack delivered within the time frame given.
The wheels don’t appear to lock into the frame, this causes instability when the wheels fall out during movement.
Other than that, after a week of use so far, I'm happy enough with the purchase l.

I use the urban mill to purchase simplistic wardrobes for my service accommodation business and they are great. Products are good quality and the delivery is quick. Products are also quite easy to assemble by one person.

Item arrived 22/12/2023 it was a gift for Christmas but unfortunately had rough bits sticking on the outside of the candle design, some pieces has fallen off to show a light grey underneath the darkly grey colouring of candle holder.

I paid for next day delivery on Thursday 21st I understand it’s Christmas period but I’ve sent 4 emails with no replies, I’ve had no confirmation email just a text message and according the shop app it’s not even been dispatched. Disappointed that it’s been so hard to contact anyone.
