Know your return rights.
Retuns form said that even if faulty I would have to pay the postage to send it back to them. This is not the case if goods either not of satisfactory quality, not as advertised or not fit for purpose the consumer act 2015 comes into play. After some emails back and forth a carrier collected the order (at their cost ) and a full refund received. I would assume they have now corrected their returns form.

Great looking product at fair price
Great looking product at fair price. Would have given it five stars but when putting it together found two of the poles were bent out of shape so didn't slot into others. Thought I would have to return product but used pliers to bend poles into shape - otherwise the instructions were super easy to follow and very easy.

Ordered three wall plaques.
Ordered three wall plaques.
2 arrived within the correct time schedule but the 3rd which unfortunately was the one I needed quickest for a present only just arrived… 4months after I ordered it!
Urban Mill did email me twice to let me know each time the plaque was further delayed which was good customer service, but no compensation (free gift or 20% off my next order or any sort of refund) was offered to me to keep me as a customer in this future.

Great product.
Product was delivered, however it was the wrong colour. The team responded to my messages promptly and arranged for collection of the incorrect product.
As soon as the item was collected by the courier they then sent the correct order and it came the next day. Great product, looks great and I am very happy with it.

Dreadful
Awful company. Item was poor quality. Customer service questionable. Returned at my own cost but not by recorded delivery as this would have cost as much as the item. Company saying they have no record of receiving it (hmmmm….) so no refund. I had a strong feeling that would happen when I returned it. I would not use them again and definitely wouldn’t recommend Urban Mill.

I am sorry to hear you are not pleased with the service you have received.
I can see we have not received this return, our warehouse are very good with checking in any returns and making sure our office team are aware to process any refunds. As we have not received this return I can see my colleague did request an image of the delivery, date and time of the delivery and a name of who signed for the parcel but this could not be provided.
If you can try to gain this information from the courier you used to return the parcel then we can look into this further for you but as the item has not been checked in our end it is likely the courier has lost this parcel or delivered it to an incorrect address. We would also advise if your courier can not provide you with any of this information to raise a claim with them for a lost parcel.
