This was my first time ordering from The Watersports Centre and I will be back ordering again in the near future, there was a small issue when I ordered online and was contacted straightaway by the team who fully explained the reason for the issue and gave a few options to , they were excellent and even threw in a few extras 😎 the items were delivered next day.

‘Above and beyond’ customer service
Tim at the water sports centre went out of his way to complete an order for me; arranging for alternative hooks that I wanted on a Mystic harness to be supplied by the manufacturer. These had to be swapped out by Tim / his team on the spreader bar prior to delivery to me. Tim kept me informed on progress. I would highly recommend The Watersports Centre!

What a brilliant company
What a brilliant company, I ordered a kite harness from here, it was incorrectly marked as in stock on their website, Tim from the company called me, left a very detailed message explaining the error, gave me many options and explained they were getting more in a week or so, I offered to wait, then about a week later Tim once again contacted me to tell me they had received new stock and mine was being picked and sent out for delivery. No company is perfect and do have issues, but it's how companies deal with those issues which makes the difference, excellent communication, brutally honest customer service, I will definately be using them again in the future.

Awesome customer service
The customer service from this team is amazing, I got really helpful advice on an impact vest using the online chat function, helpful info via email, and just had a really instructive chat with George about the F-one SK8 foil I'd ordered.
I wasn't sure if I'd got the right size, and he talked me through all the pros and cons, and matched me up with what he recommended, and not just that, he figured out which stabiliser would suit me best. He also gave me some tips on how to make the transition from the F-one phantom foil I've been using, which would have taken me a lot of trial and error to figure out myself.
I also ordered a boom which I realised I didn't need, I emailed and on a Sunday got a nice reply saying they'd cancel the order and refund the payment.
Highly recommended.

Responsive, fast and great value for money.
I spoke with Tim about a 2024 wingfoil wing (I’m writing this in 2025) and he was really responsive, he price matched the wing to another provide and I once I paid he had the wing with my by noon the next day.
Excellent service and I’ll be shopping with these guys again.
