It was very quick to expedite what I needed.

I called continuously trying to get my insurance information they wouldn't answer the calls because they didn't understand what I was asking for this went on a whole month an now it's time for payment. I'm not sure if i'm going to stay with this company

Easy to get a quote and be covered. I just wish general liability covered more since it didn't cover the problems I ran into at the event. Still a decent rate so I'm not too unhappy.

Super easy going. Clear and understandable. Insurance so far doesn't have huge restrictions that allow me to do my job with the ease and comfort of knowing im protected. Also corporations or businesses love knowing that I have a 2 million dollar insurance package which makes them feel safe hiring me.

Its definitely good to have insurance on demand, but I noticed that if I need insurance right now for 3 hours, its cheaper than planning ahead for tomorrow for the same time frame. I would think it should be the other way around and reward those who plan ahead.

Un fortunately I got a Policy for a day Job. I tried to Log in the app using my email but it show me not recognized, I could not print the policy. I try to get contact with a customer service via chat but chat link does not work. I email them several times. I received back an email with my email and instructions how reset the password. I did it several attempts to reset password but I did not get an email with a link to replace o reset the password. I'm requesting back the money I paid for the policy, I have not received an answer.
