To provide some clarity for anyone reading: when you cancelled through PayPal, your subscription was immediately deactivated, which our team confirmed to you by email. However, your original order had already been picked up and was in transit with the carrier at that point, which is why it arrived. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our fulfillment centre, we have no ability to intercept it, this is standard across all shipped-goods retailers.
