Thistle Avis 

I placed my order over a week ago, and have not received it yet. The order tracking says my order has been fulfilled, clearly this is not accurate. Three emails have gone unanswered, and messages online are not responded to. I will not be ordering from you again

They have taken my money and I have not received the robe and they are not responding to any emails!! I tried the chat box on the website and nothing! Really angry.

The company does not give refunds.
They say to contact them and ask for refund instructions as if you send back without permission refund will be denied. I have written 3 times over a number of weeks and they have not replied!

Tell the truth, You're one size is not a one size it does not fit all I'm a 36-in waist and it does not fit me. I would like to send it back. Are you truly Scottish or Chinese in disguise ?

Item ordered and delivery was very quick. Well packaged. It feels really good quality. I’ve bought it for my son for Christmas so I’m sure he will love it.

Having already bought bath towels from two other companies and been disappointed with the absorbency and feel I read many favourable reviews of Thistle towels and decided to take a chance. My expectation wasn’t high as they were on sale at 2 bath towels for £14.99! However, just goes to prove how wrong you can be. Lovely and thick, they handle well, are super absorbent and wash well. Certainly would repeat the purchase.

Garment was not of one size only it was to small for a normal maler.

Slow delivery and lack of update information but item did arrive eventually well packed and in good condition.

I have not had my product yet and you have not answered my email asking for an update. This is a birthday present. Not happy.

So far it is a 2 star as it has not even been shipped yet almost a week from ordering. I also made an order from another site on Friday evening at 11pm and the order is arriving tomorrow.
I have contacted thistle and had no response yet.

Horrible company
Received dressing gown I order, the quality is appalling, doesn't match description at all. I've tried to email them as per their return policy, after few days email again, but had no response for couple weeks, just ignores my emails. Avoid at any cost !
