Man these are glorious. Just frickin’ awesome. I’ve been using Logic Pro for 20 years and I bought a special keyboard with specific keycaps and a modified key command set like 18 years ago…and now I am very set in my ways and the old keyboard bit the dust ages ago. I remade the keyboard key by key with thockfactory’s online designer, and they got everything right. These keys + a das keyboard I got off of craigslist = I’m back in business and the keyboard looks and feels so much better. WOOOOOT

website is pretty initiative to use, level of customization that you can do with respect to the design is pretty great. limited keycap and shinethrough option but many layouts to pick from, if layout is not found, layout is easy to add by requesting it on reddit. the actual colors are a little bit darker than on the website but all images added came out perfect on the keycaps.

Keys came the same as I created them with their key cap software. Really nice and happy with them.

Going into making custom keycaps, I was worried about being able to get the color profiles and visuals the way I wanted them. Also, while I wasn't in a time crunch, I was skeptical how long it would take to get them. Not only was my order ready to ship 9 days after being placed, I received tracking info and images and then a week later they arrived. Upon inspection, everything from the packaging to the keycaps were high quality and were visually exactly what I was expecting. Great service and will absolutely be using again / moving forward!

Thockfactory has an amazing configurator and delivers top quality keycaps with sharp prints and great feel. The owner was very helpful, and even though shipping took a bit longer, the result was absolutely worth it.

The only issue I had, that's totally my bad, I wanted to get custom prt screen, pause, scr lock key, and apparently they are higher than regular keycap, honestly I didn't think about that. As a result these keycaps on my keyboard are shorter than neighbor keys.

I recently ordered some custom keycaps using Thockfactory 2.0, and aside from some small issues out of our control, everything went great! They had originally taken longer than expected for my shipping information, so I decided to email customer support. I managed to talk with Emil, and they were very respectful to me and explained everything properly. It was taking longer because of an issue with their manufacturing that turned the grays on my keycaps brown, and they treated my order with very high priority. Shortly later, my keycaps have arrived and I am very pleased! These keycaps have incredible quality in almost all aspects, and were all I could ask for! I would 100% recommend buying yourself a set of custom keycaps from here, as long as you are in the market and have the money. Overall, Thockfactory is great. 10/10.

Rather good configurator for custom keycaps. Very friendly customer service that actually tries to help. The quality of the material and color print is fantastic!

I ordered a custom set of keycaps, and while they arrived quickly and the quality was excellent, the color was off. My dark gray keycaps came out dark green.

I reached out to Emil, and the customer service I received was the best I've ever experienced. He immediately worked with me to find a solution, and a couple of weeks later, I received the new set with the correct color.

The final product is outstanding. The custom images are incredibly detailed and a huge step up from any cheap keycaps I've used before.

Both very intuitive website to create your own keycaps and really happy with the keycaps aswell. The whole process from creation to delivery was without any issues.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Thockfactory stellte für mich zum fairen Preis einen kompletten Satz individueller Tastenkappen her (für das ergonomische NEO2-Tastaturlayout). Der Webclient ist ausgezeichnet durchdacht! Er erlaubt Design-Einstellungen nicht nur für Einzeltasten, sondern auch für Tastengruppen. Auf dem Weg zur Fertigstellung des Arbeitsauftrags sind Zwischenspeicherungen, Down- und Uploads des Arbeitsfortschritts möglich, sodass auch größere Projekte kein Problem sind. Meine gewählten Grundfarben und aufgedruckten Symbole und Beschriftungen wurden auf den Cherry-Tastenkappen sauber gedruckt. Die Versendung der Tastenkappen erfolgte in einer übersichtlichen Box, worin alle in der richtigen Reihenfolge einsortiert waren. Bitte beachten: Trotz deutschem Firmensitz erfolgte die Herstellung in China, entsprechend länger dauerte die Versendung. Am exzellenten Ergebnis ändert das aber nichts.

As a German programmer, it’s hard to find keycaps that a) match my taste and b) fit my ISO-DE keyboard.
Thockfactory offered me almost endless options, and I was able to configure a complete set that met my needs. The price is very reasonable considering what you can design.

It took a while to arrive, but I love the results! I will definitely order again in the future.

The keys were fantastic. Several of the more ornate sigil designs came out perfectly but I had some keys that had simple geometric shapes that were off-centre.

I ordered my custom keys at the beginning of June and it only arrived by the middle of July. Which isn't too long for a custom keyboard but I feel it could be improved.

Overall I would definitely order from them again though.
