Over two months since my order was placed and no product! NO PERSONAL RESPONSE TO MY E MAIL ENQUIRY. Then the audacity to send me emails asking me to rate the service!!! I wonder how legitimate this company is????

Shocking service.
I ordered and paid for an air fryer on 2/11/2021 and 2 months later have still not received my purchase .
Also no response from emails when querying delivery date if Tidee cannot supply my purchase then they need to refund my monies.
